First of all I went to pick up my Dog on Saturday and no one was there even though they weren't supposed to be closed yet. I called on Monday to pick her up and they hadn't bathed her yet. When I picked her up she was covered in pee. COVERED!! My dog has never had an accident in 5 years that she has been alive, which means she was left in her cage for over 12 hours with no bathroom break. Not only that but now she has fleas and also looks like she hasn't eaten in days. I will NEVER go there again. I feel awful for sending her there. She will be getting tons of love from us for this. I can't express my disgust for this place!

Helpful and happy staff. Followed all of my instructions. My pet was groomed while boarding. I was pleased with grooming. Seems like my pet had a good time. I was not able to pick up on Sunday.
