This hotel was very nice and convenient to the city if your looking to go away but still stay close. That staff was very helpful with any of my needs or questions. The view from every window in the hotel was wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is for the pool to be heated. I also visited the gym and it was very nice and clean. Machines in the gym was definitely updated to the newest technology. Working out in the gym was a pleasure. Very quiet never heard any screaming kids or rowdy guests.
Positives: Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was convenient to a lot things in the area.
Negatives: Didn't have microwave in the room. Didn't have free parking.

Generally, a nice stay. Room was nice, spacious with partial view of lower Manhattan from window. A few negative points: - "double" beds are very small (3/4 beds). Pool is quite small and in need of skimming
huge walk in shower, but no bathtub

Positives: Convenient location right at Exchange Place Path station.
Negatives: Poor service in hotel bar, nothing open on Sunday evening near hotel.

Overall it is a great experience however we found the room was not vacuumed and no coffee/cups supplied at the third day we stayed.
Positives: Beautiful view and great location.
Negatives: House service.

Awesome hotel location if you don't want to stay in a busy downtown location but is close enough to be convenient. Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Positives: Great accommodating reception staff and a top quality hotel.
Negatives: Parking was pricey $35/day.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in for a NYC vacation.
Positives: Location and view of NYC, easy access to subway to NYC.

Had an amazing stay - hope I'll be lucky enough with a successful bid to stay here again! Special thanks to staff at the front desk for the surprise birthday treat of delicious macarons & truffles - your friendly & thoughtful service really upped our impression of the hotel from great to exceptional.
Positives: Exceptional friendly service, spacious comfortable room with awesome view and
Negatives: Minor quibble: Not a fan of the ginger-scented toiletries.

Clean and neat, but not kind and nice. Parking fee is exorbitant($32/overnight, but the other hotels in Jersey city: $15-20/overnight). No free breakfast. Swimming pool is small and dirty. No changing room. Easy to go to New York city. It takes about 20 minutes to come but should use World Trade Center path station only in New York city. It's little bit annoying.
Positives: A room is clean and neat.
Negatives: Staffs are not helpful and kind. Parking fee is exorbitant.

Typical 80th Style, could be a good place to stay visiting NYC, service is bad and not friendly, no help for finding a Diner or Restaurant outside
Positives: near to Path-Station and in 20 mins at WTC NYC.
Negatives: Loudly air-condition, no room service but guests not informed about, no regrets from management.

The hotel had a great view. It was very clean and cozy. The only issue was house keeping constantly knocking on the door (3 times) to clean the room prior to check-out. Valet was under staffed and took a very long time.
Positives: I liked the comfort and the view. Outside of the window was water and other pleasant scenes.
Negatives: The housekeeping did not provided more towels as requested. Valet took a very long time.

Then hotel is in a great location, the staff was very helpful all around, but the room was not very clean the bathroom had mold on the tiles, the towels were of very poor quality, the furniture were rundown, and the housekeeping did not clean very well. I have stayed at the Westin in Jersey City and their decor and room amenities were of a much better standard. I thought I would be better off trying the Hyatt Regency, but I was not happy with the room.
Positives: Staff was very helpful and very friendly.
Negatives: Hotel did not meet the expectations

Very disappointing weekend at a hotel that should be the most romantic hotel in the area. I chose this hotel for the views...was horribly disappointed; will spend the extra $35.00 for the Westin next time. The front desk agent assigned us a room with 2 full size beds; my spouse is 6'4". We had to go back to front desk and request a room with a king size bed;
Positives: Lecher Matinée in bar.
Negatives: Fiber pillows, mattress pads, wall outside our 4th floor window blocked view of river

Looked like Jersey, felt like Jersey. When the best part of a hotel is to overlook a nicer locale (NYC) its pretty sad! Please save up for a wedding and try a better venue. Consider how ridiculous it is to have your guests sit in the miserable Holland Tunnel or take 1 hour path from mid-town. Its so inconvenient!
Positives: Temperature.
Negatives: Locale, service & food.

Great hotel for the price through Priceline as regular prices were much higher; all the staff, we encountered, were friendly and helpful as could be and access to New York was easy and convenient.
Positives: Fantastic view and great customer service and friendly staff.
Negatives: Nothing to complain about.

Motel 6 or Days Inn staff are more professional than here. As a Hyatt platinum member, I often stay at various Hyatt locations, and this was the worst Hyatt experience so far.
Positives: Location and the view.
Negatives: Unprofessional staff / Velet people.

Good
hotel, for being so close to the City. Great views on Manhattan. Spacey modern rooms with excellent beds. Nice detail is that the windows can actually be opened. The food that is served is tasty but rather expensive when all taxes and extras are added. Highly recommended.
Positives: Great location! Cannot beat the views! Room service excellent.
Negatives: Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a pick-up service from the airport. No mini bar or tea maker in the room (only a coffee maker).

It is located on the west side of Hudson river, offering a great view to the Manhattan skyline. The rooms are great and provide either view to the statue of liberty or to midtown manhattan. Staff is very friendly and try their best to fulfill your wishes about the room (non-smoker/smoker, midtown view, king size bed etc.). The facilities include a well equipped fitness area which is opened 24h and an indoor pool, which is rather small. The hotel restaurant and the bar provide an excellent view over Manhattan, thus being an excellent location for unforgettable dinners. The hotel also provides rooms for conferences and meetings.
Positives: Great location, great service, friendly staff
Negatives: No wellness area and

The hotel was fabulous, clean & convenient. I was surprised that in our one room - the iron didn't work, the TV remote did not work, and the refrigerator barely chilled beyond room temperature. These were disappointments that could have easily been avoided by the housekeeping staff using a checklist. Other than that, the room was well maintained, clean and well stocked.
Positives: The location was terrific for NYC & Statue of Liberty activities.
Negatives: The parking situation is abysmal.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspect; we highly recommend this hotel.
Positives: Location and breathtaking view of New York City.
Negatives: Nothing.
