We have stayed here several times, when flying in and out of Newark. Service has been good, except when -- during past stays -- our room was found already occupied--twice. It was easily resolved, but I'm sure the other guests weren't too pleased. Still, the convenience of the hotel, the Priceline cost, and the good service warrant our continued business.

Positives: Clean, convenient to airport, and good customer service.

Negatives: Hookers in lobby and bar.

The hotel is overall a clean facility with friendly staff. However cleaning staff needs training on proper behavior when having an argument, as I was checking out, one of the housekeepers was screaming at one of the workers at the top of her lungs! Very disconcerting to say the least! I would never expect to experience something like that in a reputable hotel. It would be more typical of a dive hotel rather.

I would not stay here again. I received what I'm sure was an inferior room. The details of the uncleanliness made it evident the room was not regularly used. The refrigerator was a disaster and the filthy iron was completely unusable. The shuttle service was nice and the food in the restaurant was good. Nice service there.

Negatives: General unattractiveness and unclean room. Noisy and a place I would never stay at again.

I used this hotel 1 night before my travel...I didn't use the restaurant but the room service price is not expensive than other hotels. The room is clean...especially I liked the pool's hot bus tub...pool itself is a bit cold, so we couldn't swim.

Positives: The pool has good hot bus tub.

Negatives: The pool 's water was too cold to swim.

nice, friendly staff. Easy to get to and from airport. Rooms are average. Below average compared to other Hiltons.

This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel by any means. Nothing good about this hotel except 24 hr shuttle to Newark. Front desk staff rude and very unhelpful. I stayed for 5 nights, last day my room was not cleaned at all. Other days though room was cleaned, but toiletries (shampoo, etc.) were not replaced. Never ever will stay there.

Positives: Close to Newark airport and 24 hr shuttle to airport.

Negatives: Horrible and rude staff.

Very comfortable and very convenient. Shuttles to the airport 24/7 a big factor. Always a great sleep at a Hilton.

Positives: Its always about the beds -- the best we've found!

Negatives: Traffic noise even 12 floors up. Perhaps the operable awning window.

Great deal if you win a bid. Nice lobby - front desk folks could have been a bit more helpful but OK. OK rooms, nice pool area. just be prepared with your own food cause nothing in the area and food here VERY expensive and poor quality.

The hotel has a wonderful service by providing shelter for 24 hours. It is really helpful! They also have very nice receptionists but need more quality assurance for housekeeping. They forget to put toilet paper, soap, & shampoo after clean up the room. The parking is also has reasonable fee. Families with small kids need to be aware since the lower window is easily opened. They should find a way to prevent kids to opened it by accident. Also, the door is so heavy if we wear no sandals, it might hurt our toes, like what happened to me.

Positives: The best hotel as a shelter from and to Newark Airport.

Negatives: Limited public transportation to reach public places.

My experience at this hotel was soured by excessive fees for basic services like Internet and parking. The hotel charged $10/day for an extremely slow in-room, wired internet connection.

Positives: Prompt service, good (albeit expensive) food.

Negatives: Excessive fees for amenities like Internet access and parking.

Hotel has great amenities with awesome shuttle hours. The front desk employees lacked friendliness as well as people skills.

This is a nice hotel, my wife and I have stayed here multiple times when visiting the NY, NJ area. Location is great to EWR airport, as well as the close commute over to NY. Would stay here again, no doubt.

overall it was a very friendly comfortable hotel, although i have stayed at other hotels and the idea of having ice and water machines on each and every floor was much better than having to always go to the second floor fo those things, would stay there again

Negatives: The fact that it didn’t have a microwave and fridge in the room, and that if u need a fridge u have to be charged for it.

A very good hotel but not a luxurious one. However, the dour staff is to be avoided, starting with some of the front desk agents. The restaurant wait staff was terrible. Room maids were the best!

Very close to airport, but noise did not invade the inside of the hotel. Staff was friendly, beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole place was very clean and hospitable.

Was everything expected. Reasons stayed were exactly as expected. Easy to get to New York. Trip planned around that aspect meet needs perfectly. No surprises.

Pleasant hotel, very close to the Newark Airport, internet was available for free in the lobby. Great friendly staff, free transfers to the airport every 20 minutes. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

Positives: Convenient location, great staff and transfers to airport.

Negatives: Room wasn't ready when I arrived (at 12 lunch time).
