The restaurant was closed; the desk staff wasn't too helpful in locating chain restaurants in the area that I eventually found on my own. I can't imagine that they would not be aware of local restaurants on route 1.

Positives: The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet.

Negatives: i didn't like that i would have to pay for internet access in the room

This sheraton tries to nickel and dime it's guests. No free internet, no coffee in th lobby, no complimentary breakfast, and any other perk is charged for. When explaining the situation to hotel staff, they have heard the complaints before and management does nothing about it.

Positives: When we pointed out what we found wrong, we were offered a free breakfast. Qality = Fair.

Negatives: The hotel was lack luster and worn. Pool was less than adequate.

Excellent hotel, good accommodations, staff was very friendly, very clean, and very convenient.

This hotel is the worst one of several I have stayed at in the Edison area. They do not clean the rooms very well, and you need to call the front desk to receive tissues, clean towels, etc. The bedding is extremely uncomfortable, as it feels like plastic sheets. Unlike most hotels in the area, they do not provide free microwaves, refrigerators, or internet in the rooms.

Positives: Checking out.

Negatives: Room was not cleaned very well, towels, tissues, not replaced. Drinking glasses were not cleaned. Bed sheets were very uncomfortable.

The sheets on the bed and the pillow cases made noise when ever you would move. It was like sleeping on a plastic shower curtain. We had to take the pillow cases off the pillows and I sleep with with a bath towel for a cover.

Decent hotel for price. Rooms should be quieter.

Right off of Exit 10 on the New Jersey Turnpike and within easy drive of Metuchen New Jersey Transit stop or Metro park, this is a convenient alternative to staying in New York (express train from Metro park takes 37 minutes to New York Penn Station). Plenty of parking, friendly staff.

Positives: Ease of check-in. Free Internet in lobby.

Negatives: Was assigned 2 double beds.

There is nothing negative that I can think of about this hotel.

Hotel is recently remodeled and in excellent condition. Public areas are spacious, modern and well appointed. Room was beautiful and spacious as well. It was newly decorated and had a large flat screen TV. Only downside was the quality of the mattress. It was a king mattress which was collapsed in the center so that we would roll toward the center all night.

Positives: Friendly staff at front desk.

Negatives: Bed mattress was poor and collapsed in middle.

Everyone was professional, polite and willing to assist. I was unsure about the use of the internet, until I went and looked at one of the computers that was available. I enjoyed watching the group of people sitting around, laughing and just relaxing. There were several working people at the computer station and they were able to focus on what they were working on, even with other people moving about them. Overall, I was pleased with the stay and would be quite satisfied if I receive the opportunity to stay there again when I return near the end of the month.

Positives: Everything had a high qualith feel to it.

This is a clean and well designed hotel that looks great. However, the parking lot needs work and the staff was not friendly or helpful. The sheets were new and scratchy and the maid service woke us up at 8 am just by speaking to each other very loudly.

There was a large sorority party that night. From 1 am - 4:30 am, the noise level was absolutely unbearable. We called numerous numbers and we unable to find any hotel personnel to address the issue. There was no one at the front desk, nor was the any one on security. Unacceptable.

I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Edison or surrounding areas in NJ.

Positives: Very good comfort inside the home; good safe location.

The carpet in my room was not very clean and the clerk at check in was not very friendly.

Avoid this place. If you do go there, expect bed bugs, not working shower, non responsive room service, constant noise all through the night (renovation is the reason).
