The hotel is breathtaking when you first walk in, it is huge. The place is very nice and the staff is informative. I don't believe that the room was as nice as you anticipate it to be, but it was still pretty good.
Positives: The swimming pool and the overall spaciousness of the hotel, also the free starbucks coffees/teas.
Negatives: Even though the room seemed to be up to par, it felt a bit empty.

The service was less than satisfactory, especially since housekeeping never serviced our room. We had to leave them with overflowing trash cans since they were not emptied (nor beds made, nor anything else done in the room). Additionally, the walls are far from soundproof, we could clearly hear what was on TV in the next room.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Dirty! Loud! Smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking.

It is a very relaxing atmosphere, welcoming to tired travelers, and with a bit of friendly entertainment within the hotel.
Positives: Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Negatives: The air in the room did not work very well.

Friday night the fire alarm went off for a long while and the staff nervously tried to reset several times. Saturday the hotel lost power and did not have a back up. We had no heat, TV, ice, lights, hot tub, candles, or flashlights. The cards could not open our doors therefore unless we left unattended we could not leave the room. The staff never went around to update the status nor did they offer any accommodations. We were hungry cold and could not get any beverages due to the power outage. After waiting several hours, we asked for flashlights and were handed glow sticks. We then packed up and walked up n down the steps through the dark halls and around the dripping ceilings until all of our belongings were in our vehicle. We were very disappointed in the overall experience. We have received more comfort at previous campgrounds.

Staff definitely pleasant and organized a shuttle for us very promptly. Hotel in quite a convenient location - just off the Garden State Parkway and in close proximity to the beach (10-15 mins). The room was not up to the Sheraton standard - carpet not very clean and towels a little worn.
Positives: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service.
Negatives: Wasn't too impressed with the room.

We had trouble finding a parking space when we arrived, it smelled strongly of smoke, and was quite noisy in the hallways late at night.
