This hotel is convenient in location, however, the rude people at the front desk where not helpful in any way. The restaurant on site boasted about their famous ribs but I found them dry and over cooked with bad sauce. I wont be staying here in the future.

Positives: Its convenient location.

Negatives: Bad food & customer service. Annoying drunk people at 430AM slamming doors & yelling.

I won't stay there again. I got little to no sleep as there was a wedding or another large party that resulted with people drinking or drunk in the hallways until 4:00 am.

Positives: Breakfast was reasonably priced.

Negatives: No control over drinking or drunks in in the hallways at 4:00 am.

A surprising oasis in the chaos of South Jersey. Very recent update throughout and extremely conscientious housekeeping staff. Watched a janitor carefully and thoroughly cleaning and vacuuming entire main lobby. He really seemed to care.

Positives: Interior recently updated. Very fresh and clean feeling.

Negatives: Location makes it hard to get into and out of the place.

Its a good cheap quick business hotel. not a fancy fun hotel by any means. Amazing food to be had across the street, but the hotel actually had a REALLY good, fairly cheap rib place downstairs....not usual bad hotel food, this was pretty good.

Positives: Convenient, cheap, everything needed for work, worked...no frills but I was working, not there to splurge

Negatives: Breakfast ordered for 6am turned up at 6.30, and the food was cold.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant staff were extremely nice. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable and had a selection of different pillows. It was a short, easy drive to downtown Philadelphia. Wish it had continental breakfast free of charge.

Positives: Friendly staff, clean, good location - close to everything.

Negatives: Our window would not shut all the way, so we had to put a washcloth in it.

Not well kept. First room the heating and air unit was broken. Second room had a filthy dirty bathroom. Third room was acceptable, but by that time the experience killed the night and that little getaway feeling. Other guests were all low class and cursing in the hallway. I was glad my husband was with me. I felt unsafe. Felt like a place to party at and rent by the hour. I would never stay there again. Workers were nice, but seemed very ghetto. I also had charges on my credit card from the hotel that has yet to be explained to me. We made no calls or anything to require being charged. I emailed the main office only to be referred back to the exact hotel which has not contacted me as of yet. I would stay at the hotel down the road Crowne Plaza. Much better experience there.

Positives: I don't think there is anything that I liked. The other guests were low class and cursing in the hallways. Rooms were not nice.

Negatives: First room was about 90 - 100 degrees. Second room was filthy. Third room was acceptable. Fees charged to my card.

The hotel was fine but the bathroom was tiny. It was hard to regulate the temperature in the room.

I would stay here again without hesitation. The housekeeping staff was a bit noisy around check in time. Also, the band in the restaurant was much too loud. This would not keep me out of your hotel, but it will keep me out of the restaurant.

Room was small but very comfortable, nice and clean. At first I was worried because we were lodged between the ice machine and the elevator, but the room was remarkably quiet. Staff at the front desk was very pleasant.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I typically don't complain, I'm easy going, as long as the room is clean and I'm in a safe location I'm fine. The room was not clean, the toilet was not clean. They were remodeling, and used a plug outside my room, so every morning I had to step around this electrical cord. The hallways were in great need of a vacuum. I had to step around ten maids every morning with their huge carts that were left in the hallway. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Positives: The bathroom was really nice.

Negatives: It was dingy, dirty, old. They were remodeling. Had to step around maids every morning in the hallway, at least ten of them.

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, convenient geographic location near interstates, restaurants, & shopping malls. Because the hotel is on a divided highway with limited access, entry & exit from the hotel requires going southbound for a considerable stretch, then making a U-turn. BBQ restaurant "Red Hot & Blue" attached to the lobby was a plus for me.

Positives: Very nice facility.

Negatives: Access difficult because of divided highway & one-way driveway.

Nice for a quick trip. Business class will enjoy the convenience of near the airport and city without being in the city. Restaurant and bar nice. Pool great for a relaxing detox day.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful my entire stay. They made a great first impression. The room was clean however the bath tub was dated and could've used some work. The location is convenient but you do get traffic noise due to the highway right outside your window. The evenings were fairly quiet but traffic in the hallway started early in the morning. Some noise was due to other guests coming and going but the cleaning and maintenance staff were on my floor prior to 8 am every morning.

Positives: Convenient to destination.

The hotel is renovating rooms and lobby. Very attractive. Staff was attentive and friendly. One manager was very unkind to a staff member who made a small mistake. Conveniently located. Restaurant was ok. The only reason I would not return is the fact that the bed was rock hard and I got very poor sleep. I wish they had a continental breakfast.

Positives: Service employees were all very polite and friendly.

Negatives: The beds were rock hard! I had a sore back for my whole trip.

Easy and direct commute to Philadelphia. Directly located across the street from shopping plaza; groceries, restaurants, stores, etc. Our room was comfortable and relatively clean. Some of the decor is outdated but well maintained. We got an great price which helped as we were in town for medical treatment. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The location was great but the hotel really needed some sprucing up. I did see on a brochure that the hotel upgraded 180 rooms but we were not given one. Our room was quite dated and the hot water didn't work. However, on day 2 maintenance workers were tending to the problem. In comparison to other 3 star rated hotels this one fell below the mark, but with that being said the staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Positives: The staff was more than accomodating. They were very pleasant, friendly, and worked to meet guests needs.

Negatives: Room was very run down the climate control in the room did not work properly (we were cold) & we had a problem with hot water (Only lukewarm).
