Hotel was okay except that in the morning of leaving I had no water in the shower.<BR/>I told the front desk when checking out and all they offered me was a complimentary breakfast.

Positives: The room and beds were very nice.

Negatives: The water in the shower did not work in the morning!

I reserved a king bed at this hotel prior to my arrival day. When I checked in I saw I had a room with 2 twin beds. Thinking this was a simple mistake I went to the front desk and was told they were out of king beds and not to complain because at least I got a room. I told the front desk manager I reserved my room in advance and showed him my printout with my king bed reservation and the manager did not care to even look at it and said that its &quot;first come first serve&quot; according to the staff at the crowne plaza<BR/><BR/> The manager told me with a very rude voice &quot;listen I can give u free breakfast but nothing like steak and eggs&quot; I was only staying one night and just went back to my double bed room in amazement that I get better customer care from McDonald then this 3 star hotel.

Room was reasonably clean. The carpeting, furnishings were a bit dated but not overwhelmingly so. The heater was a bit noisy, but overall a comfortable and convenient stay.

Positives: Comfortable beds.

Negatives: Carpeting and furnished was a bit dated.

The hotel service engineer claimed 94 degree Fahrenheit (measured in our room, at hottest level) is normal for hot water.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The lady in the front desk was very helpful. She upgraded my room in a second upon my request. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only thing I did not like was the constant noise coming out of the A/C unit. Even I turned it off completely, the voice did not stop. It was annoying.

Negatives: A/C unit.

The hotel is large but definitely in need of renovation. The rooms are outdated and my bathroom was by no means kept clean - hairballs in the corners. I am bald, so it was not my hair. When I arrived my heater did not allow temperatures to rise above 65 degrees. After it was repaired it was so noisy that I had to turn it off at night. The exercises room can accommodate at best 4 people. It is far too small for a hotel this size.

Friendly helpful staff eager to please - some updating of rooms and hall carpeting would have added to the rating, GREAT views from our room.

Absolutely not a 3 star venue. Way overpriced for what they offer.

Negatives: Outdated, dirty, sloppy, poorly maintained and a horrific remodeling job. Needs new carpet, a professional paint job and flat panel TV would be nice.

I booked my wife and daughter for a one night stay at this hotel. They had all of the necessary paperwork (itinerary and reservation number). The hotel said they &quot;weren't in the system&quot; -- argued with them for an hour -- and then reluctantly let them stay at the regular room rate. Never again a Crowne Plaza...

Positives: Clean with nice rooms.

Negatives: The check-in staff was unaccommodating. Awful!

Driving though that area I was a little concerned about the hotel we were staying at. Once we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was very nice, and staff was okay. They put us on the 4th floor and on the way to our room we walked by the area with the ice machine and vending machine, sad to say that the vending machine was trashed and there was yellow caution tape all over the room. As if things couldn't get worse for some reason some of the rooms on that floor had the doors opened including our room. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning person must have left them open, I don't know about you but I have never been to a hotel where they leave the rooms open during the day. We asked for a room/floor change and they moved us, after that the stay was fine except for the creepy feeling we had all night.

Positives: Best looking hotel in the area.

The overall motel was good, but their security staff is poor. My vehicle was broken into about 100 yards or less from the front door.

Nice hotel, easy access to Philly area. Sports Bar and Club within walking distance, nice room, nice comfortable bed too.

Positives: The price was super right, thank you PRICELINE.

Negatives: You have to stay and one end of the hotel as there is a busy road.

For my purposes, this hotel met expectations. The bathroom showed age and use, needs update. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Pub type restaurant, take out available. Limited menu, reasonably priced.

Positives: Pleasant staff, efficient.

Negatives: Bathroom shabby, room was near elevator mechanisms.

Big surprise, the elevators were out of service. They gave me a voucher for a free breakfast instead, nice try.

Positives: Food, pool, front desk staff, restaurant staff was A+.

Negatives: Room service was not available, had to get a takeout from the restaurant, no fridge, uncomfortable beds, fire alarm at 5 am.

There are lots of hotels in the Cherry Hills area and we have stayed in many of them. This was definitely one of the best.

Positives: Friendly and responsive staff.

Negatives: Housekeeping forgot to make up our room one day.

I wouldn't stay there again. The room was very beaten up. Tiles falling down, carpeting gross, HVAC too loud to sleep. The wireless worked.

Positives: They knew we were coming, no problems checking in.

Negatives: The room was very run down, HVAC loud, carpeting and ceiling worn and dirty.

The bathtub was dirty, there was an old used bar of soap from the previous occupant. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The room was simple, it didn't worth the price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

I liked staying here. I have stayed at many Crowne Plazas, and the staff here was very nice. No complaints. I wouldn't say it was an extravagant hotel, just a normal hotel but clean and friendly.

Positives: The staff was extremely polite, yet not over the top. It was very genuine.

Negatives: There wasn't anything bad about this hotel. It was like a standard hotel. There was nothing over the top fantastic about it, it was nice.

The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, but for the price I paid I was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast, no refrigerator in the room, and I didn't even have a "do not disturb" sign for my door knob. The restaurant inside the hotel had a only a mere 8 meals (at the most) to choose from. I would only not recommend this hotel because you can get so much more for a lower price if you stayed elsewhere.

Fair, the lobby is roomy but not too overwhelming. The restaurant was fair and the bar was nice. The bathrooms and showers could use an upgrade. Liked the sleep care package, nice touch.

We travel quite a bit. I would rate the staff at this hotel as less than what I would expect for this type of hotel. An employee at the desk was rude to me and then later to my husband. I asked this employee where the mall was located. He said, "its Sunday, where are you from?" Then, later that night my husband asked for towels. He walked away and then said, "Well, I'm not going to give them to you now." We wanted to complain to the manager but he was on the phone arguing with a guest about the bill. It was a very disappointing stay. If we ever go to a venue in Cherry Hill again, we will not stay at this hotel.

This hotel in itself was excellent. However, its not convenient for travelers. There is a train station near by but there's no shuttle to the train station and cabs fares are awful.
