Upon arrival, the front desk was courteous, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked (and frequently restocked) by another helpful and very friendly worker. Housekeeping was friendly and conscientious which made our trip (with two small children) much more enjoyable.
Positives: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean great value!
Negatives: Needed some updating.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. They should change their hotel sign into an computerized running sign. The staff is very courteous and friendly, the new restaurant and lounge Tantra is a very beautiful addition to the hotel. The steak and the chicken were one of the best we have ever had. Whenever we come back we will try some other eclectic dishes from the menu.
Positives: The restaurant and lounge is beautiful and professionally managed.
Negatives: The hotels name sign and the pool was closed.

Upon entering I found the hotel to be clean and bright inside of the lobby. When checking in the staff was very friendly. Even though the pool was closed for renovations my room stay was not bad at all. I found it to be clean and safe. Again, the staff made you feel very much at home. I did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant but I will definitely do so on my next stay. Overall, my stay was satisfactory.
Positives: The place was clean & smoke free and the staff was very nice.
Negatives: The pool was closed but it was under renovations.
