The hotel itself is beautiful, the hotel staff needs customer service training. The Casino Staff was excellent. The rooms should be cleaner. We had to moves rooms and both had not been cleaned thoroughly. For the star rating and price I expected better.

Positives: Convenient to boardwalk, Bally's and Wild West

Negatives: Not customer friendly, staff seemed annoyed when asked questions.

This was the worst two day vacation of our entire lives. My wife and I caught food poison from the Chinese Restaurant that is in the Caesars Palace. For a day and a half we stayed in the room throwing up and using the bath room if you know what I mean. For two days after the trip we still couldn't eat anything. After reporting the incident to the hotel at 4am, their only was response was a small report that they made of the problem. I guess they made the report to CYA, and get rid of the Pork Dumplings that made us sick. We never again heard from the staff at that hotel to see how we were doing. At checkout we were overcharged for our room, and the front desk clerk was extremely rude. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Next trip to Atlantic City we are going to try The Bogotá.

Positives: The look of the room.

Negatives: Wife and I caught food poisoning from restaurant. Were double charged for everything and treated poorly.

Had a good time, staff was nice and even gave us a better room. But a little pricey.

Positives: In the middle of the boardwalk, didn't have a problem changing my room.

Negatives: They charged me 50$ extra for room fees! The pool is out door and was closed for the season.

Caesar's is a wonderful place to stay. It's not as lavish as the Vegas one, but compared to another Resort(s) I stayed at, this was a much nicer hotel, with much more comfortable beds. The only negative was that the Internet cost is per device, so to access both your iTouch and Laptop means you end up paying double. I thought that was nickel and diming when you've already paid once, especially when some (lesser) hotels give away Wi-Fi for free.

Positives: The rooms were big and the bed were very comfortable.

Negatives: The hallways were not very decorated, more of a typical hotel.

The rooms in the south tower have no AC, so if it is too hot for you, too bad.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Service and rooms in south tower.

We went on a Saturday night to dine at one of the restaurants on the pier, Sonnies ,the food was excellent and there are many other excellent restaurants there, but we would not be back due to the exorbitant parking fee $20.00, another Atlantic City rip off.

Positives: Nice facilities.

Negatives: Exorbitant parking fees.
