Overall, it wasn't worth the $160 per night. I still had painters tape on the wall of my room, half the hotel was tore up, smelt of paint,d ebris on the carpet. Plus the construction made it hard to access.
Positives: Very friendly and helpful staff, close to Qwest Center.
Negatives: Lots of construction, hard to access, room still had painters tape on walls.

Great place to stay with your family. First class service from everyone for everyone.
Positives: All the staff was first class.
Negatives: Pay for parking $10 a day, and if you had guest visit you they had to pay to park as well.

Exceeded my expectations, but its under construction so beware of sound.
Positives: I thought the fact that it was quiet was a huge plus.
Negatives: I did not like the service, I got at the coffee shop.

This hotel is as centrally located as you could wish for. Easy access to/from the highway. Commute to West/Central Omaha took 20 minutes during rush hour. Close proximity to some of Omaha's finest shops, venues and attractions. Typical above average friendliness, cleanliness and quality of room you find with the Hilton chain. Didn't eat or drink at the hotel but noticed there were three different places to eat and inside-outside bar.
Positives: Great location, excellent rooms and friendly/professional service.
Negatives: Had a big construction project/add-on going on during my stay. Pay Parking $15/day.

The staff was good very polite and was there when needed. Location of the hotel was excellent located near everything. Parking was expensive and if we would have known that we had to pay for it we would have stayed somewhere else. Price for the room we got was not worth it. In all it did not make<BR/>our trip bad and we had an enjoyable time as family.
Positives: The location.
Negatives: Bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was average...no fridge or microwave...basically just a toilet, bed, and shower - and is normally priced at $200 a night. Self parking at the hotel was an additional $10. The "special" pre-concert supper at the restaurant was a self serve pizza bar that cost $12 a plate (self-serve, mind you!) and so-so tasting wine gouging you at $9 a half-filled glass. Getting woken up at 7:21AM to the sound of a hammer pounding from through the floor was very unpleasant as well. Overall, this hotel had location going for it and everything else was very overpriced for average food and moderate (at best) accommodations. (Now that I have been to Omaha, and have become familiar with the surroundings - I will stay somewhere else and take a cab to the Qwest Center.
Positives: Location. We were there for a concert at Qwest Center, couldn't beat the convenience of hotel location to venue.
Negatives: Under construction - loud hammering before 8AM on Saturday morning. Way overpriced - room was $177, parking was $10, single glass of decent wine $9.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and up to date. Beds and bedding was comfortable.
Positives: Being across the street from the Qwest Center and close to Old Market.
Negatives: The distance from the elevators to the room was quite a distance.

It was nice, clean, and had friendly staff. It was conveniently located for my purposes. Parking ramp was covered. I was surprised that I had to pay extra for Internet. I thought with the "Hilton" reputation, there would be included perks like that. There's also a lot of advertising for "adult" programming every time you turn on the TV, which had about 40 channels.
Positives: It looked very clean. Nice workout room. Friendly staff. Nice lobby.
Negatives: Had to pay extra for Internet. Noisy in halls at bar closing time. No adult only hot tub.

The employees were terrific. The carpeted floor in the first room we had were dirty, we asked them to come up and look at them (carpet had not been vacuumed, toenails, strings, shirt tags, etc. on the floor). The second room they put us in was just about as bad. Don't think housekeeping vacuumed the floors, or the vacuum was broken. The 3rd room was better, but still looked like it had not been vacuumed.
Positives: The employees were terrific - very accommodating.
Negatives: The floors were dirty.

We were greeted by a host immediately, who helped with getting a dinner reservation made while we checked in at the desk. I was impressed. The lady greeted with a smile and made us feel at home.
Positives: Parking a plus and getting to the Quest Center was nice. Greeted immediately and helpful.
Negatives: Furniture in room has been there for a while, as there were noticeable scratches. Needs thorough vacuum.

The hotel was very mediocre as far as moderate to upscale hotels go, not necessarily bad but not inspiring of another visit either. The beds were not as comfortable as those we've recently experienced at Marriott, Hampton Inn, and Raddison. We were awaken in the middle of the night by several "partiers" next door and there was a falling-down drunk party in the lobby when my family left the pool... both had apparently come from on-site wedding receptions. I was uncomfortable having my children subjected to these things. At the same time, management did seem to address both issues.
Positives: The lobby was very nice and I loved all the art.
Negatives: The person I spoke with on the reservation line,

Close to downtown, and convention center, with shuttle service in a three mile radius. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The restaurant serves a good pork chop.
Positives: The helpful staff, the shuttle service, and lots of pillows.
Negatives: The restaurant was out of my first choice for dessert. Had to make do with hazelnut torte. I suffered.
