Overall good experience. The hot water did not work in the room I booked and I did not realize it until the most inconvenient time but when I was able to notify the front desk, they were able to change my room with no issue. The staff was excellent. Everyone from the front desk clerks to the cleaning crews had a pleasant disposition.
Positives: The staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives: The hot water did not work in the shower but the staff swiftly changed my room.

The staff was very good and the hotel was very clean. I have worked for La Quinta in the past and the breakfast they served was subpar to what I expected. Also the upgrades to the rooms were below what I expected. But I would recommend this as a place to stay for the convenience.
Positives: Convenient and clean.
Negatives: Not up to standards from past La Quinta Inns.

This was my first and will be my last experience with La Quinta. The bed was hard, so I didn't sleep well. Our room was near an entrance/exit and we could hear every entrance and exit at night. It was also right next to the ice machine. We could hear that too. Unless the fan on the AC was running, we heard all kinds of noises in the hallway. Needless to say, we slept really poorly. The bathroom was tiny. There was barely enough room to shut the door once you were inside. I wouldn't recommend La Quinta to anyone, and will certainly never return of my own accord.
Positives: Inexpensive.
Negatives: Noisy, hard bed, tiny bathroom.

For the price and the amount of time we were physically in the room, it worked fine for us.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: NA.

Stay at this hotel if you have pets and only if you are looking for a bed to sleep in. Check in late and check out early.

Negatives: It was 1 star at best.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Thank you!
Positives: The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
Negatives: The first night we stayed there was a company that does inventory staying there as well. They were loud, rude, and obnoxious.

The hotel was ok and the staffs at the desk were excellent. Our room was never quite right. There was trash in the trash can when we checked in. The next day they left no towels or wash clothes. There was a barking dog - Late at night and early in the morning and all of one evening. The staff tried to help, but the room tenant was not there to shut the dog up. I didn't think you could leave a dog un attended in a hotel room.
Positives: The desk staff was very helpful in fixing all our problems as best they could.
Negatives: Day one - Trash can in room hadn't been emptied. Day 2 - no towels or washcloths.

Positives: Clean and comfortable with easy to get to location.
Negatives: I missed M street the first time.
