Nice find. I would indeed stay there again. Great breakfast if you are a breakfast eater. Kind of like have a small studio apartment, or suite at a nice hotel, but without the fancy hotel fluff. The "extras" and pampering were limited and generic brand, but met the basic needs. Pool and hot tub are outdoor only. Overall, it was a nice find & I would stay there again!
Positives: The remodel from apartments to a hotel gave the room extra space and homey feeling with the couch and kitchen area.
Negatives: It was a little dark and difficult to find rooms from the outside if you arrive at night.

Nice aspect of refurbing an apartment complex into a hotel. Quaint atmosphere in the courtyard, and the lobby and breakfast area were very welcoming.
Positives: It was very quiet, and the breakfast was awesome.
Negatives: The hot tub wasn't filled where usable.

Good location and breakfast. Good Value for the money. Would stay there again.
Positives: Confidential breakfast was great.
Negatives: Room on Second Floor, no elevator for luggage.

The price couldn't have been better, the location was great also. As for our room the WiFi was strong and the room was nice with a kitchenette. The not so good; the TV had no signal and we were locked out of our room for about 15 minutes, it took maintenance that long to open our door. It has a nice inner court where the pool was but no water in it yet. We will probably stay again next time in town. I think being locked out of our room was a one time thing.
Positives: I liked the location of the hotel, it was easy to get anywhere.
Negatives: We would have like a king size bed, we were told that queen was all they had!

Positives: The friendliness of the staff.
Negatives: not enough trashcans in the room.

It's a decent place to stay if you get a good price and need an extended stay hotel.
Positives: It was spacious and appropriate for the star level.
Negatives: It had no facilities and a poor breakfast, also no restaurant and no wireless Internet.

Looks like an old apartment complex transformed into a Hotel, took a little bit to find my room and the stairwell to get to the door of my room, the way the guy explained where it was, I was thinking there must be a hidden stairwell somewhere, AH! It was around back! Got into the room and was quite amazed on how AWESOME it looked on the inside! I walked into a Studio apartment with basically everything I could ask for as a traveller, other then the hot tub to relax in. WiFi came with the room and seemed like a really fast connection even with an only fair connection.
Positives: A 2 star hotel that I think deserves at least a 4 star rating!
Negatives: Took a few to find where my room was.

Positives: Cozy and quiet.
Negatives: Bed was a little hard for my tastes, but OK.

Great hotel, great staff, and good location. I just don't like having to pay $5.95 a day for the net when most hotels have it for free. Or this hotel would have gotten all 10s.
Positives: It was clean, had full kitchen with pots & pans and plates.
Negatives: Had to pay $5.95 for the internet.

My husband and I were very happy with our three night stay. Our room was open and spacious we have told several friends about our stay and they are planning to stay at this hotel in the near furture.
Positives: This hotel was very welcoming and attractive
Negatives: There really was not anything we did not like.

Not bad but they would not give us two real beds. Which meant one of us slept on a sofa. Not real comfortable. They came out and told me this when I called. I thought that was really sub standard. Pretty good and there seems to be a different set of standards with this chain, after all the hotel was not entirely booked.
Positives: Quiet.
Negatives: Tree droppings all over.

My fiancée and I stayed at Chase suites over memorial weekend when we were back visiting my family. The hotel was a great buy for the money. The rooms were large with<BR/>all of the amenities that we needed. The free continental breakfast was really good. There was also a pool and basic workout room, but I didn't utilize either of those. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel.
Positives: Great quality
Negatives: Remote location, away from the downtown. Everything else was great.

Positives: 4 suites in each building, great customer service, great layout.
Negatives: Small outdoor pool.

Clean, comfortable and affordable. Full kitchen, great bed and pillows; large bathroom. Easy place to settle into for several days. Staff was great. Close to shopping, dining, and historic downtown.
Positives: We had same room as last time. Housekeeping's attention to detail was incredible. Cutlery and kitchen tools neatly arranged in drawers. Amazing.
Negatives: A bit far from the airport.

This hotel was great! It had everything they we needed and more! The people working there were super friendly and helpful in helping us to find a place to eat for dinner!
Positives: The bed was amazingly comfortable! I even wrote down the brand name of the mattress!
Negatives: It was not right off of the freeway, we did have to drive 7 miles into town to get to it.

The suite was on the second floor. The fact was that it is up two sets of unlit deck style flights of seven steps. One of the people in are party has limited mobility and needs a wheel chair or walker. When we took this up with the staff, they did not offer any solution. The layout of the suites is done well, beds were comfortable, kitchen would work well for a long stay. However the room is in need of repair and the toilet was clogged. The place looked worn out and is need of a remodel. The fireplace is wood burning and you had to buy wood from the hotel. Neither room was handicap accessible especially the bathrooms. They have no guide bars and the doors are smaller then most standard interior doors. Breakfast was by far the worst continental breakfast I've ever had in 20 years of travel. Everything was either not fresh, under cooked or in short supply. To add to the frustration of the stay, the breakfast area is only accessible by stairs. The staff was unhelpful except one person. An older lady that offered to help get up the stairs. The courtyard was poorly lit and the whole hotel is not handicap accessible. Overall the whole property is in disrepair and in need of a complete remodel. Even the fruit at the front desk was of poor quality.
Positives: The layout of the kitchen and living room area.
Negatives: Worn out, needs remodeling and not handicap accessible.

Very pleasant stay. Felt like our own studio apartment. Home made muffins in the morning along with many other breakfast items to enjoy along side a nice warm fireplace. Location was set back of the street and therefore quiet and private. Very nice.
Positives: Full kitchen area, large counter in bathroom sink area, fireplace, nice bedding.
Negatives: Slight smell, like a dog had stayed there. Mattress was a little worn in the center. Made you tend to roll to the center.

The hotel room was clean, cute and had a nice sized kitchen that included cooking and eating utensils. It was pet friendly and also in a central location.
Positives: Nice sized kitchen, great breakfast, and pet friendly.
Negatives: A fire place that doesn't work.

Positives: The atmosphere and large room.
Negatives: I was very disturbed that the hotel was very pet friendly.

As a person who spends a week in a different city every week, this was a nice change of pace. The area had a small community feel. Rooms were about 8 per small building and all had outdoor entrances. I loved having a kitchen and being able to fix my own meals. The sleeping area was also kind of separate from the living area and kitchen. The continental breakfast was better than I had expected and was pleasantly surprised to find out about their happy hour.
Positives: Kitchenette in every room.
Negatives: No free internet in rooms.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were really nice and had more than enough room. Flat screen TV, fireplace, full kitchen, couch etc. I couldn't however get internet in my room, I had to go to the clubhouse to get internet. Outdoor pool and hot tub would have been nice, if the leaves were cleaned out! Besides the pool and the internet very nice place to stay.
Positives: Nice rooms. Full kitchen in them.
Negatives: I could only get WiFi in my room, I had to go to the clubhouse. Would have appreciated internet in the room.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We went for a wedding and every room had something wrong with it. Smokey, smelled, flooded, spiders, hot water for only 2 people (on my wedding day couldn't even shower because water was freezing!) and the toilet seat was so off centre we had to hold on to the sink to go to the bathroom! It was a nightmare and I will never recommend this to anyone ever! Also, half the parking lot was full of old mattresses, ovens, etc. Every guest of ours was really disappointed and from now on we look back and laugh at this awful place.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Everything!
