We stayed there when we went to Yellowstone. The rooms are old, carpets are dirty. The front desk staff are rude, told us to use stairs with our luggages ( not telling us there is an elevator at other side of the building). A waitress at the restaurant was even worse, would not answer questions about the menu and walked away. $2 for an extra plate. We feel like the hotel was a good one long long time ago. It just lacks of maintenance. Very disappointed. But the beds are fine, even for lower back pain person.
Positives: The beds are comfortable.
Negatives: Very rude staff.

Overall, we were disappointed. Did not get the money's worth.
Positives: It was okay.
Negatives: We were not offered an alternative bath or shower when they couldn't fix the bath faucet.

This Hotel is a nice economy hotel. It's great for kids because of the nice pool and water slide. It is build with a "nice rooms" section and a "not as nice rooms" section (i.e. older motel section). I believe that when you do Priceline booking with this hotel and they accept a bid low rate bid with you-- that they default you to the "not as nice rooms" section of the hotel. I suppose that fair, though. The important thing is that it was clean and warm.Nice stay.
Positives: Fireplace is nice to have for cold nights in West Yellowstone. Water slide is cool.
Negatives: My room did

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The furnishings and bedding may be a bit dated, but all in good condition. The beds were comfortable and they had nice pillows. The swimming pool features a water slide that the kids loved. The staff was friendly and helpful. In place of a complimentary continental breakfast, they provided coupons for 2 free meals per room in the attached restaurant.
Positives: Very clean, good location and
Negatives: No fridge or micro in the room.

The hotel staff was not friendily,. The rooms and atmosphere were old.
Positives: Old, bad, not friendily.
Negatives: Old.

The coffee in the lobby could be chewed and worse of all it was widely known to be the case. The carpet in our room soiled my socks. The bath tub / shower drain was extremely slow. There was no pop machines in the older section. There is a considerable time delay for breakfast (up wards of 30 minutes). Restaurant was understaffed and still took "outside" customers which further reduced service to motel residences.
Positives: Location
Negatives: Coffee in lobby, drain in tub, overall cleanliness, Breakfast options.

This place was very convenient and the staff was very nice. We had to stay in the old building which was in need of serious upgrading. The room was clean and pleasant though. There was an added benefit of 2 vouchers for a full breakfast in their restaurant (excluding tax & tip). We had three people, but the rates were extremely inexpensive for the meals, so we were very pleased. All in all, this place was a good deal for us.
Positives: Super friendly staff.
Negatives: The old building we stayed in really needs upgrading.

Stayed three nights, room was not cleaned or restocked with towels or TP between days. It was a holiday weekend and they could have been short staffed.
Positives: We stayed there for the water slide, great fun!
Negatives: Hallways had not been vacuumed in who knows how long.

Not horrible, but would not go back for the price.
Positives: 100 ft. pool slide.
Negatives: Not that clean, air conditioning not working well, staff young and not friendly.

Restaurant was very slow. Beds were horrible, worst beds in a dozen motels we stayed at. The pool slide was fun, but several kids had friction burns from the slide. I would not stay here again because of the beds.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Horrible mattress! Very uncomfortable beds and pillows.

I would not stay at this hotel again.
Positives: The kids liked the pool.
Negatives: The front desk staff, young, inexperienced, not very helpful or friendly.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. The service was terrible. I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. The staff told me to take it or leave it. The corporate Days Inn customer service was of absolutely no help at all. Terrible overall experience!
Positives: Hotel location.
Negatives: Terrible service.

I really liked this place. It was so comfy and clean however they didn't provide breakfast like donuts or bagels. So we have to look for MacDonald near by.
Positives: Cleanness.
Negatives: They didn't provide breakfast.

This is an older hotel, food was a moderate fair. Hairs were found in the tub and the sheets on the beds were not big enough to stay tucked in, which exposed the mattress when ever it was laid on. Too wonderful to promote sleeping.
Positives: Price was suitable for a bed in a box that we required.
Negatives: Would not choose this hotel for a couples get away which we normally do.

This hotel could improve by updating the decor and the cleaning of the overall facility.
Positives: Convenient for Yellowstone park
Negatives: The fire alarm rang early in the night and no employee came to assist.

My young daughter and I stayed there to take in Yellow stone park. It was convenient and very clean. The staff was great and helpful. The swimming facilities were a blast with the 2-story water slide. The room was nice, parking was abundant. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and the main street. The only fault was the towels were ruff and felt like sand paper. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay at a great price!
Positives: Great swimming pool & water slide.
Negatives: Towels were like sand paper.

We thought that over-all it was a nice hotel and deserved a higher rating.

Negatives: Lacked refrigerator and microwave.

This motel was very trashy, poorly kept and the staff was indifferent. Very expensive and just a bad experience.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Not clean and over priced.

This is a nice hotel, with clean, quiet rooms. My family enjoyed the pool area, with its large spiral slide and two hot tubs. The hotel is located near many restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store and some attractions. We were disappointed that breakfast was not an option, as many other Days Inn hotels offer, because it would have saved us time on a morning we needed to get going quickly.
Positives: My family loved the large, spiral slide at the swimming pool.
Negatives: We were disappointed that the hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast, as many Days Inn hotels do.

Generally, it was much better than I expected as a Days Inn. It was comfortable, convenient to Yellowstone, had air conditioning and a pool, and an elevator. Luggage carts were available for use. They supplied many things that upscale motels usually supply. I liked paying ahead of time to reduce the impact of vacation on our finances.
Positives: We loved being in a small town so convenient to our destination. Good elevator!
Negatives: Parking lot needs redesigning & resurfacing.

We were in the older portion of the hotel, it needs carpet and wall repairs of the halls and rooms. We liked the slide at the pool.
Positives: Close to Yellowstone Park.
Negatives: Room too small for 2 adults, 2 teenagers.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. Walking distance (even for a 77 year old) to many restaurants, convenient to the park. We would stay here again.
Positives: My grandson loved the waterslide!
Negatives: Staff should have been a little friendlier.

Great location came with good prices.
Positives: It was close to all shopping centers and restaurants.
Negatives: Pool was too small.
