The hotel was nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable; lots of parking close to building. The king size room was large with a vaulted ceiling. Restaurant (Finn & Porter) was good with a nice river view; a bit overpriced.
Positives: Room was large with comfortable sitting and desk space.
Negatives: The signage on main streets was misleading for finding the hotel.

Rundown hotel that is at best a one or two star. Priceline misrepresented this hotel as a three star. It was a total rip-off.
Positives: Location was decent thats only positive.
Negatives: Run down, smoking room forced on non-smokers.

For what we paid it was a fair value. Don't pay full price as it falls short.
Positives: Close to the river walking path and Downtown.
Negatives: Cheap furnishings, tattered and worn, old window frames, first floor slider opens to car parked 5 feet away.

This was the bargain of the century I have decided! Great hotel, comfy rooms, got upgraded to a room overlooking the river, was given breakfast vouchers, treated like royalty!
Positives: Front desk clerks were amazing! Great Staff!
Negatives: I loved everything!

My accommodations were comfortable but there was a big stain in the carpet.
Positives: Staff was very accommodating.
Negatives: There was no complimentary breakfast.

It was has a high opinion of itself the restaurant was overpriced the parking lot had rock tour busses idling for hours till eleven at night in fact. It seems that the Hells Angels prefer this motel also there were lots of noisy Angels running in and out on their Harleys very noisy place if you are the sleeping type.

Negatives: Rock music tour bus idling in parking lot for hours at night.
