It's a nice place, and the surounding area is well kept. The signage in the hallway was confusing and misdirected me. I think I prefer Holiday Inn EXPRESS for traveling though. Express serves breakfast, which is nice when traveling.

Positives: Room was large and bed was comfortable.

Negatives: Very dim lighting in room, bathroom door needed repair, no soap dish in shower and had to put everything on the floor.

Rooms were clean. Great water pressure for showers. Electrical outlet was near the bed.

Disappointed with marijuana convention in a nice motel, up all night, hotel smelled terrible and creepy people in halls.

The entrance lighting and reception was inviting. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. The pool was really cold so my kids didn't get to swim as much as they wanted to.

Positives: The room had a very responsive heating and cooling system. The hotel was clean and friendly.

Negatives: The shower drain was slow. Our first night, the hot water ran out really fast. The pool was really cold.

The hotel itself is located on the Clark Fork which is lovely. The entrance is lovely and that is where it ended for us. We were given a room that was directly over the dumpster and loading dock so we were awakened to conversations with the employees who didn't seem very happy with one of the other employees. I feel like we got the room that they would not give to a full paying client and that is not what I thought that priceline was about

We didn't have high expectations for Missoula, Montana, but were very pleased by the cleanliness, friendliness, and excellent location of this hotel. Three computers with Internet access were available for free right in the lobby--very convenient.

Positives: Very nice front desk staff, immaculate rooms, great location within walking distance of downtown.

Negatives: Watered-down drinks at the hotel bar.

Wonderful decorating, clean comfortable and close to downtown. Could not have asked for more.

An excellent value. Everything was good. Didn't like the gallery style layout of the hotel - had to walk a long way and wind our way through 3 corridors to our room. I look for the nearest exit in this situation in case of emergency.

My 17 year old daughter and I were in town for a school shopping trip. We enjoyed our room and the pool area, but I don't believe the rooms are worth $130.00 a night.

Positives: The atmosphere was nice and the bed comfortable.

Negatives: The carpet in the lobby and elevators was old, dirty and stained.

This is a very nice Holiday Inn in a very convenient location right on the river and in the middle of downtown Missoula. It has a great pool &amp; Jacuzzi and a great bar and restaurant.

It was nice, convenient, well priced, my particular room was in a poor location as I noted above, aside from the lights being on all night, there was no access to outdoor ventilation.

The locations of this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The only downside was not having a window or slider door that opened to the outside rather than to the atrium.

The hotel is updated tastefully, is well lit (except for the bathroom in the room), and is easy to get to. It is absolutely 2.5 star. Wireless internet is free and they have a good channel selection on the TV. The bed and the sheets are not as soft as the Hilton chain (Doubletree) that I normally stay in, but they provided 4 pillows on my king bed, so I was able to get reasonably comfortable. The shampoo seemed to be a nice green tea blend, and the lotion had a pleasant smell. I had a hard time getting the face soap to lather into a nice foam, but bath soap worked just fine in the shower. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed staying there. Many times when I stay in smaller cities the name brand hotels are dingy and are old. Thankfully the update on this hotel is done well, the staff is friendly, and I really have no complaints. I would stay here again.

This hotel had everything at a good price. Free internet access was so handy, the staff went way beyond what was expected. Always willing to help! It was a perfect location to the downtown, close to the university, river, shopping, and especially near the best ice cream place in town. Was pleasantly surprised.

I had a great stay at this hotel; it's very nice for a Holiday Inn and the downtown location borders a park next to the river. It was renovated within a year and has tastefully styled, large rooms with river views and a 5 story center atrium. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at a nice French restaurant, Pearl, a block away.

Positives: Great location, newly renovated, stylish, great staff.

Negatives: Small indoor pool area in basement; exposed business center in lobby.

Downtown Missoula has an anchor facility in this handsome motel. While the motel is nothing exceptional its location is, and only the faint of heart would be put off by the normal dilapidation of a 150 yr old town center.
