It was nice. Desk clerk helpful. Very nice hot breakfast. Would stay there again but there was a huge pile of stuff in the hall near our room. Could be dangerous if there was an emergency that required exiting the hotel in the dark.
Positives: Closeness to the hospital at which my husband had a procedure.
Negatives: Dinner not good enough for the price. Shrimp was very tough and tasteless.

The lobby was very nice. The restaurant was superb. All in all it was a nice stay.
Positives: I loved the Restaurant and its staff. It was the highlight of our stay.
Negatives: The room was average. Clean, practical but no refrigerator or microwave.

For the price we paid and the accommodations/service we received, including a free breakfast, this was an excellent deal. Would definitely use Priceline.com again and have already recommended this to friends and co-workers.
Positives: Nice lobby entrance and clean rooms and hallways.
Negatives: Did not dislike anything.

We've been to Great Falls 4 times now and this is the best of all hotels because of price, location, having a separate bathroom which many Great Falls hotels don't have and the best of all was being able to open our window at night rather than run the air conditioning and breathing fresh air in! Huge plus and we will use this hotel for every visit we make from now on and use Priceline. Love it! Love the rates we got. Thanks!
Positives: Meal tickets given to us for breakfast for both days even though I bring my own cereal.
Negatives: The one cup poor coffee pot in the room. No access to tea throughout the day in breakfast area.

Very pleasant to stay in.
Positives: Ease to get in and out. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
Negatives: Matras little to hard.

Wonderful place to stay. Do not get a pool side room unless you do not mind kids being rowdy until 10 pm when it closes.
Positives: Pool was beautiful, lots of trees.
Negatives: Restaurant was over priced.

Hotel is reasonably quiet, rooms are clean, plumbing etc. works well and parking is very good. Felt safe at this location.
Positives: All amenities within the room worked i.e. air conditioner, tub, toilet and sink faucets and refrigerator.
Negatives: Our experience at the dining room was most disappointing. Food was over salted and of poor quality.

The rooms were very nice and up to date and very clean. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The bar area was really nice. The design is such that you are not "chair to chair" with the table next to you and the food was good. Would stay here again!
Positives: The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bar was spacious and very nice.
Negatives: As in any motel/hotel you could hear people in the mornings, i.e.: doors slamming, etc.

The room was very nice, clean and up to date. We were able to park close to our room, and our room was close to everything we needed. The cleaning staff was very nice and since we opted not to have towel or bedding changes, they made sure we had coffee and our trash emptied. Checking in and out was not a problem. The weekend we were there was a busy one, with the State Fair and 2 high school reunions, but the lines moved quickly. The bar was very nice. The way it is designed is so that you do not feel crowded, it is very spacious and the food we had in the bar was good. Service there was good too, and the prices were reasonable. We will recommend the Heritage to others. Thanks!
Positives: The room was really nice.
Negatives: Typical noise you find in any motel/hotel.

This has been one of the city's more upscale hotels since it opened three decades ago. The architecture may appear dated, but the facility remains clean and attractive. The rooms and service remain upscale.
Positives: We needed to dress for an event before our check-in time and they accommodated us.
Negatives: Parking was tenuous, due to overflow traffic from adjoining businesses.

This hotel is a great hotel for Great Falls. The kids eat free program was a huge success as we were two adults and three kids under 12. I was expecting to pay about $50 to park at the airport so the complimentary parking at the hotel and free shuttle was great. You can use the shuttle if your hotel is on the beginning or end of your trip.
Positives: Kids eat free with paying adults. Meals are huge. You can park your car for free and they have a complimentary shuttle to the airport.
Negatives: Got stuck in a smoking room.

The rooms were large and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend it, a good family hotel.
Positives: Rooms were large and clean.
Negatives: We would have liked a complimentary breakfast coupon.
