Very pleasantly modern. Staff friendly and helpful.

Positives: Engineer showed us 3 accessible rooms to help us pick the room that most suited our needs.

The atmosphere was nice, but as we were just traveling to some place else, we expected breakfast to be served. Even if it had been a continental breakfast, it would have satisfied us. As it was, we had to stop and buy breakfast on the road, which meant an extra stop and time lost on the road.

Positives: The sitting area was nice.

Negatives: The hotel did not offer any breakfast, instead they had a restaurant where you bought it.

This facility was very nice. Employees were professional and cordial. The breakfast buffet was expensive but the food and service was great.

Positives: Was very convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Negatives: I thought the pool was rather cool for this time of year.

It was clean and nice environment that is both great for families and business travelers. I would recommend bringing your own coffee.

Positives: It was nice and comfortable. The pool room was nice for my family to enjoy.

This hotel did not at all look like the picture on the web site. That picture was either taken of another location or when the hotel first opened up. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs, the room was hot and most importantly was not clean. We did not feel safe there, but because we got in late and there were limited options in the area we stayed. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Positives: Did not like the hotel at all.

Negatives: Room was not clean, elevator was broken, ran out of coffee for breakfast.

The people and accommodations were very good. However, it was very disappointing that the Jacuzzi was not working.

Hotel (not including staff) was great; however, if you come in wearing shorts and t shirt, you'll get treated poorly. Make sure you wear a suit and tie when walking in.

This hotel was very convenient to the area of Springfield that I wanted to be in. The hotel was clean, however the beds were very hard. Also do not drink the bottled water that they put in your room! The first thing you see on the bottle is a note that says Please Enjoy in large print. However on further review of the fine print you will see that if you open the bottle they will gladly add $3.50 to your room. How nice!

Positives: The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Negatives: The beds were harder than I like.

It was a good hotel for Springfield, Mo. It was a little pricey but was a fine hotel.

At check in the Front Desk clerks were not overly friendly. They were not very informative, had to discover there was an elevator by accident, never told us there was a cafe at which we could eat. These are all things that should of been mentioned at check in.

Positives: Convenient location to airport.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very nice and conformable. The hotel staff was among the most helpful that I have come across. My only disappointment was it appeared a guest poured baby oil in the pool. And the pool was not usable at the time of my visit. They appear in the process of trying to clean it. This was very disappointing for the kids.

Positives: The staff was very helpful. The view from the window was nice.

Negatives: The pool was dirty, there was a film of baby oil and green stuff on the bottom.

The beds were soft and fluffy with lots of fresh linens and pillows. The pool was refreshing, a cafe was nearby and the room was very quiet. Everything was perfect.

Positives: Lots of fluffy, clean pillows. Beds were comfy. Air Conditioning/Large Bathroom.

Negatives: PPV movie was a little pricey.

This hotel, as well as most Marriott hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in, was extremely clean and very professionally run. The staff is extremely cordial and downright friendly. Most went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank You for the memories!

The Marriott Courtyard in Springfield Missouri near the airport exceeded my expectations. Our room was roomy and comfortable, the staff was welcoming (they even had cookies at check in), and the heated pool, hot tub and exercise room were well appointed and open until 11 pm. The TV had plenty of channels and an excellent selection of in room movies.

Positives: Comfortable bed, indoor pool, friendly staff.

Negatives: Everything was great.

Positives: We asked for a king sized bed and got one. We enjoyed the hot tub very much.

Hotel was great, but I will insist that they let me put my car in the airport parking area the night before when I stay there again. Rushing around at 5:30 am trying to move car was weird.

Positives: Clean room, close to airport.

Negatives: They insisted that I wait until morning to move my car to the long term lot and the windows were iced up.
