Overall, a nice place to stay.
Positives: We had a very restful sleep and found your beds to be very comfortable.
Negatives: We were not impressed with the imitation eggs, and the food area was very crowded which needs to be in an open, more free flowing area.

Positives: Cleanliness.
Negatives: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The<BR/>cost was too high, but the stay was great.
Positives: The staff was wonderful!
Negatives: The temperature on our floor was 55-65 degrees due to renovations.

The hotel was exactly what we expected from a Hampton. Good, clean, affordable, with all the conveniences we needed and expected. It is not a luxury hotel, but had a friendly staff, was in a safe area, and was all we needed for a combined leisure/business stay. No complaints at all.
Positives: Nothing special, but just good clean, affordable accommodations in safe area.
Negatives: Continental breakfast was ok, but could have been better quality & selection.

Overall, I was very happy with our stay. I have two small children and had asked to have a room next to my parents so we would not disturb other guests. The front desk person was not willing to push a few buttons to switch our room. We did end up next to a meeting room so the noise level of my children did not disturb other guests. There is an excellent restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel was easy to find and the facilities were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. A continental breakfast was served, but the staff was unable to keep up with the crowds coming through and we had to wait both mornings for more food to be brought out. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others.
Positives: The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: The hotel staff was not very helpful when we asked to be close to another guests room. We ended up on separate floors.

We booked six rooms for three nights. The facility was wonderful but the desk staff, (3 including one of the managers) treated my family like we were trash. They refused to give us non-smoking rooms even though some were available. They lied outright to me, telling me they were booked and could do nothing about it except put my name on a list to be notified in case of any cancellations. But when my sister came in later, to get their room, (booked under the same reservation) the front desk staff was able to change their smoking room to a non-smoking room. When I went to the desk to ask about this later that day, of course there were again no more non-smoking rooms available. When I asked how my sister was able to get a non-smoking room they hemmed and hawed and finally told me that they had a cancellation. Of course, I did not receive a call telling me a non-smoking room was available. They did not have any explanation for this, but they did let me know that they still couldn't do anything about it. That was very disappointing to me and uncharacteristic of the Hampton Inn experience.
Positives: The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: The staff was not good.

This was one of the best experiences in a hotel that I have ever had - even the domestic crew was extremely nice, friendly and skilled!
Positives: Extremely clean and amazingly comfortable!
Negatives: Breakfast stops too early for leisure travelers!

The desk clerks are your first impression. The hotel may not be 5 star but employees can make it feel like one. The desk clerks were much like the lobby. I was asked for a credit card for incidentals & stated I would be using my cell phone. Was told I needed a form of ID on file in the event of damage. The clerk at checkout was very helpful. The copy was returned. My best STL experience to date has been three star STL Doubletree, Westport. They had the wow factor. Lovely stay.
Positives: The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives: The lobby needs a wow factor. It is dull and drab and uninviting.

Negatives: Everything was perfect. The continental breakfast was much more than I expected. I have no negative comments.

If I have a say in it, I will always stay at this hotel from now on wherever I go. The staff was more than friendly, they had a delicious hot breakfast every morning, and the beds were AMAZING. The Hampton focuses on small details to make your stay incredible, and I had no idea what a great time I would have there. I came in town to be in my best friends' wedding, but found myself wanting to spend all my time in my hotel room lol. I had a HUGE king size bed that was beyond comfortable. My room also had a couch and a large armoire. The bathroom was very large and had a curved shower rod that made the shower seem much larger. The bed purposefully had two firm pillows and two soft pillows as well as a lap desk, and the hotel provides free wireless Internet Even the cleaning staff made an effort to smile and welcome me and thank me for coming. I had an amazing time. The only bad comment I had was if you plan to bring children, know that the pool is very small and cannot hold many people comfortably.
Positives: The staff was more than friendly and had hot breakfast and perfect bed.
Negatives: The pool was tiny.

A conveniently located hotel with high-end linens and beds. Quite reasonable for the price, though as a Hilton honors property, I would have expected a smoke-free hotel. The included breakfast was a nice addition to our generally positive experience.
Positives: Very comfortable and clean.
Negatives: We were unable to get a non-smoking room, though the staff made an effort to de-smoke the room.

I stay at a Hampton every other weekend due to work and this was by far the worse I have stayed in! I had kissed that needed to be up early and we needed those pillows. Got the excuse the van driver was busy. Sat him sitting in the lobby on numerous locations.
Positives: Beds comfortable.
Negatives: Noisy-took 5 hours to get pillows&

This hotel was a very good value for the money. They had a complimentary breakfast that was every bit as good, if not better, than any restaurant around. The staff was friendly and courteous and the place was clean. Excellent location, close to everything.
Positives: Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and beds were comfortable.
Negatives: Nothing.

I felt the hotel was adequate for the price that we paid and for the time period we were there.(10 pm - 7 am). It was rather hard to locate after dark since we had to stop & ask directions rather close to the entrance, it didn't seem adequately marked. The breakfast was well done and the help were cheerful and helpful.
Positives: The Hotel served a very nice breakfast.
Negatives: I did feel the hotel was a bit run down in areas.

The hotel was great.
Positives: The breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.
Negatives: We were first booked into a smokers room. That room was horrible I could hardly breathe when I woke up.

I asked for a non-smoking room (asthma) they could not get me one, actually gave my room to some else when I arrived around 7 p.m. then they finally got an ozone machine for it. It was ready around 10.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: All they had was smoking rooms terrible.

Our overall stay was great. The bedding was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. Our children would've been happier with an indoor pool but, we kept them busy enough with activities outside the hotel that for the price we paid was a very nice experience.
Positives: The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean.
Negatives: It would have been better if there was an indoor pool/spa.
