Elegant hotel at a wonderful Priceline price in a very popular area.
Positives: Extremely clean and extremely comfortable.
Negatives: My mother did not like a ceiling vent blowing all night. I didn't mind it at all.

Great Country Club Plaza Location - excellent rooms and close to everything on the Plaza. Breakfast was quite delicious as well.
Positives: Location and room size.
Negatives: Charged me for room even though I purchased through Priceline. This was quickly remedied after a call to the hotel.

We were looking for a cozy, comfortable location to relax at the end of our day. The hotel management was most accommodating and location was central to our sightseeing, touring, and shopping destinations. Hotel was on a busy street, but was quiet and bed comfortable. Hot tub nice amenity.
Positives: Staff was accommodating and friendly, parking convenient and safe, room was great for our needs.
Negatives: No complaints.

The hotel was great. The room was very upscale and definitely worth the price we paid. The parking was convenient and free.<BR/> My only complaint was the lady that checked us into our room was anything but friendly. We walked into the lobby and there were men in their business suits with drinks watching football. We walked on up to the front desk and proceeded to check-in. The lady treated us like we shouldn't be there. She looked us up and down and then had this scowl on her face. My fiance and I were probably under dressed (jeans and dress shirts) for the caliber of people they usually have staying there. However, we were paying customers just like everyone else staying there.
Positives: Great, and a high quality hotel.
Negatives: The lady that checked us into our room at the desk was very unfriendly.

I stayed two nights at the hotel for business purposes and it was an excellent stay. Room was very large and nicely appointed. I would stay again anytime.
Positives: Very nice size room and updated nicely.
Negatives: Carpet in room needed to be vacuumed more thoroughly and beds weren't the most comfortable.

It was elegant clean and the staff was very professional, they made me feel like royalty.

It was very nice and in a great location. Next to a park and had many restaurants and shopping all in walking distance literally. There were blocks of it. also their were security for the plaza (the place to walk around) which is nice and makes you feel safe.
Positives: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable and was at the best location ever.
Negatives: Didn't have free breakfast.

Hotel is a great value for the money. Good location within walking distance of the Plaza. The first room we checked into was only 1/2 clean but the hotel staff promptly corrected the error and were very friendly!

The location was wonderful, so accessible to all the Plaza has to offer. This used to be one of the fine old residential hotels on the Country Club Plaza and maintains the charm of the era. All staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and the beds were so comfortable.
