Superb!

Positives: It was very clean and the staff was super nice!

Negatives: The entry parking circle was too narrow and congested.

This hotel was lovely. A small living room with an adjacent bedroom with bay windows through French doors. Beds were super comfy and everything was immaculate. I am sure we got lucky with a 1 AM arrival booked with Priceline at 9 PM, as we found ourselves in a snow storm on the way to Iowa. Underground parking was a big plus.

Positives: Beautiful suite-like room. Lovely-especially for our 1 AM arrival after navigating a snow storm!

Negatives: Hotel staff rather cold, a tad unfriendly, maybe he was tired.

I would stay here again. The hotel is non smoking throughout, but the halls smell of smoke. The rooms need some repairs. We had 2 rooms and both needed some attention. Robe hook missing, toilet wobbling, etc. Overall it is nice.

Positives: Liked the suite - bedroom and a living room.

Negatives: Many repairs needing to be made in room. Smelled in the hallway.

Clean hotel, super comfortable bed and friendly staff made it a really wonderful hotel experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positives: Pullout sofa area separated from bedroom with doors.

Negatives: Water vending machine on floor didn't work.

This hotel was a great 3 1/2 star hotel. The staff was friendly. I found it negative that their business center with their public computers was right in the middle of the hotel lobby. The suite was very adequate with granite counter tops, 1/2 size refrigerator and microwave. Thought it was absurd that they offered a bottle of water at $4.00 each! There were a lot of children at the hotel and the hall noise was annoying. The only free WiFi was in the hotel lobby. I was dismayed that they charge $12 for you to self park your car. Wish Priceline had made that clear.

Positives: Great location to the Plaza. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Room very nice!

Negatives: Hotel charged us $12.00 (or $15.00 valet parking) to park overnight. This was an unpleasant surprise!

The staff attendants were very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

Positives: Rooms include suites, large mini-fridges, and microwaves.

Negatives: I liked everything.

Enjoyed the set up of the room with a couch, TV and desk separate from the sleeping area. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. There was also a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. No real negatives to report.

Positives: It was close to great shopping, restaurants and bars.

Negatives: Would have enjoyed a free shuttle downtown.

We enjoyed the look of the room but were very disappointed with the prices. $4 for a bottle of water, $12 for parking, ( which we did not see written anywhere), $9.99 to get on the Internet. No continental breakfast. We will not be staying there again.

Positives: The room was beautiful and smoke free.

Negatives: They charge for everything.

Big spacious suites make the rooms very comfortable, and the pull out bed would be great for kids. Two flat screen TV's, wet bar with fridge, and windows that open make it really nice. The indoor/outdoor pool was a neat feature.

Positives: Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and a nice view.

Negatives: Slow at check in and parking is way overpriced.

Excellent king sized bed in very nice room, however, the bathroom was a bit small for two.

Positives: The valet service was very helpful.

Negatives: The parking fees were too high.

Located on the west end of the Country Club Plaza, this older, but updated hotel is clean, quiet, and convenient. The front desk staff is knowledgeable about planning a route beyond the area. Rooms are modern and simple.

Positives: Room was high quality - soundproof and clean.

Negatives: Valet and self-parking has additional rates - not waived for any reason.

I really liked it and it looked like it would REALLY suit business people well. I was surprised that we had a burnt out light and the toilet looked like it hadn't been scrubbed to remove the ring in awhile, but we had a great time. Also surprised none of the doors we used to get into the hotel from the garage were locked or needed a key card to open. Exactly as described in that the accommodations were very nice.

Positives: Nice room kids declared " the nicest I've ever stayed in"

Negatives: Lack of housekeeping - burnt out lights, toilet not scrubbed.

Very nice and clean hotel in a great location. This type of deal is why I use Priceline for all of my leisure travel.

Positives: Room layout was very nice - separate bedroom - and the plaza location was close to some of my wife's favorite shops.

Negatives: Had to get three different sets of keys made before we got some that worked, and the staff seemed to blame us for them not working.
