Our office is closed Sundays, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday. Value Place provides short term residents, minimum stay of 1 week, home-like accomodations at rates starting at 169.00 USD weekly. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels.

Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, kitchenette in each studio, expanded cable with movie channel, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on site laundry facilities, and high speed internet access available ($10 per week).
