The girl at the desk was very rude when we checked in. Nothing on the site stated that there would be a fee for pets. I usually stay in Columbia, MO and have always been able to have a pet with a refundable pet fee. We were unable to leave the room together as a family to go eat since the dog could not be left there without us.

Positives: The pool was a good touch.

Negatives: The pet fees and the inability to leave a pet in the room to go eat.
