Falcon is a community in eastern Laclede County, Missouri. It is about sixteen miles east of Lebanon on Route 32. It has a post office and a store that has struggled to keep business due to the Wal-Mart in neighboring Lebanon. The main school is named Gasconade C-4 Elementary/Middle School.
