Overall experience was great, friendly staff only downfall was room wasn't ready when I checked in and staff explained they were short handed at the time.

Positives: Room was in great shape, neat, sheets fresh.

Negatives: Room wasn't ready initially.

Would be a good value at around $40 a night.

Negatives: Most of the light bulbs were burnt out, not the cleanest, limited breakfast items.
