Please note the following fees- Reservation fee- USD 30.00. Cleaning fee- USD 70.00 to USD 160.00. Pet fee- USD 30.00. Trip insurance- optional- 6.5 percent of rental rate. Customers who book must call property at 877-784-4614 no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to obtain special instructions for check-in and to review property fees. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking. Check-in is after 4 pm. Please check in at the Branson Travel Office at 118 North Commercial to receive directions and lock box code. Check-out is at 10 am. Contact 877-784-4614 at least one business day prior to arrival for directions and lock box code if planned arrival time will be after 8 pm.
