Old hotel that has upgrades, not the cleanest, but excellent pool and breakfast seating area. Beds were hard, pillows were soft. Enjoyed the stay.
Positives: Pool area.
Negatives: Small toilet, dirt build up in corners.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Indoor pool.
Positives: Close to downtown Branson.
Negatives: Room was a smokers room, I am not a smoker.

Great value for what you get. Very good location to the Landing. Nice rooms, had some little extras that made it nicer than most hotels of it's star level. Outside was a little outdated, but would definitely stay again. Happy with overall experience.
Positives: Very convenient to the Landing. Loved the location!
Negatives: Could use a little more updating on the outside of hotel.

Just Awesome! Love everything about it, the workers, the place, convince, I could go on and on.
Positives: Plan on staying there every time, I am recommending it to several people and I am taking more people next time.
Negatives: The room was without toilet paper, but they brought it up right away after calling and we appreciated that.

The room was on the small side, especially the vanity area for the sink. The sink didn't have a stopper in it. Location was excellent and we asked for a room on the back to avoid traffic noise. Would probably stay there again because of the location -4 blocks from Branson Landing.
Positives: Location is near Branson Landing.
Negatives: The sink did not have a stopper-looking at the gunk in the pipe was icky.

Convenient location for Branson attractions, but rooms along the roadway are very noisy at night. Request a room as far from the road as possible.
Positives: Convenient location, friendly staff.
Negatives: Traffic noise was obnoxious.

We were ground floor, 2 doors from the pool and breakfast area. Great staff. We will definitely be back to Branson and will use the same hotel. Go to breakfast early, especially on the weekend to avoid the crowd. good food, cereal, waffles, toast/bagels, fruit, yogurt. Excellent value for a family on a budget wanting a nice place to stay.
Positives: Excellent customer service, clean rooms, good breakfast. Just be early for it.
Negatives: Beds were harder than my mattress at home, but that's personal taste. Great place, will be back.

They had very few tables for such a large motel & for so many people to set for breakfast. Also they ran out of food within 45 min. after breakfast started & 6:30. The lady didn't seem to care if there was food enough & people including myself, husband, sister & her husband went both mornings with no breakfast so we had to drive to a restaurant to eat. "I will not" recommend this motel to anyone.
Positives: Was on the main route.
Negatives: Very Small area for breakfast & ran out of food within 40 min.

Nice hotel for the price. Bathrooms were very nice and looked newly renovated. I had good water pressure in the shower! My business took me downtown and to Branson landing everyday, and I could walk everywhere I needed to go. The hotel is situated on a hill, so you need to be prepared to walk up and downhill. Very satisfied.
Positives: Nice bathroom.
Negatives: Took maintenance a long time to come & kill a wasp in my room (I tried to kill it and just it made it mad).

Would not stay there again.
Positives: Parking well.
Negatives: Found a worm in bathroom.

Our room was very clean & had been recently remodeled. Our room was not near the street, making it very quiet. The hotel is very close, but uphill, to the Branson landing which is something one should keep in mind when walking.
Positives: It has been remodeled recently. Had a refrigerator & microwave.
Negatives: TV was smaller than I prefer.

If you want to stay close to the landing, at a reasonable price this is a good choice.
Positives: The indoor pool is large and all 3 feet deep. Good for little kids.
Negatives: The bed was below average.

We will not stay here again, unless we have a room located away from the main highway.
Positives: Convenient location to the landing.
Negatives: The room had no insulation around the door to keep the sound out from the highway or the cold out.

The door was broken and there was a 1/2 gap which was noisy and drafty. There were large stains on the bedspread, which was disgusting. The beds were very uncomfortable.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Noisy uncomfortable beds dirty linens.

You had to go outside (in the cold) to access the 3ft. Deep pool. The rooms faced the noisy traffic you heard all night.
Positives: Indoor swimming pool. Only 3ft. Deep.
Negatives: Go outside to access pool. Front of hotel faced noisy traffic.

It was within walking distance of downtown Branson, and the new mall, bransen landings. The building is kept up very well and nice and neat looking. My husband called housekeeping for extra pillows and the service was there within 5 minutes even though I told them it was not a rush. You can tell they care about their property.
Positives: Free continental breakfast, including Belgian Waffles, room setup very convenient. Friendly staff.
Negatives: Nothing.

The location was good, cleanliness was good, but double beds were difficult for two, service was great, but I did not feel safe and it was too noisy to sleep.
Positives: It was very clean, the mattresses were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.
Negatives: Too noisy, near a busy highway. Not a secure hotel, locks broken, door didn't completely close.

The inside pool was being repair, that is one of the reason we chose this hotel. The hot tub was outside, not inside and was dirty. Hot tub has play ground for kids, right next to it. Only a sidewalk sit between rooms and hot tub. I would stay at another Best Western.
Positives: Was clean.
Negatives: Rooms were small.
