We are within walking distance via indoor skyway to Mayo Clinic and Rochester Methodist Hospital. Complimentary shuttle service is available to these locations as well as St Marys Hospital. Because we are in the heart of downtown we are connected to many buildings and business via our indoor styway and underground walkway systems. Some of those also include the Olmsted Government Center, the Mayo Civic Center, the University of Minnesota Rochester, and Shops at University Square. Rochester International Airport is located 8 miles south of the hotel.

The hotel is 100 percent smoke free.

Our 173 guest rooms offer complimentary high speed wireless internet and come furnished with 32 inch flat screen HDTVs refrigerators and microwaves.
