Hilton does not disappoint. Classy and sharp with very comfortable beds. Bruce at the front door couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
Positives: Clean and sharp.
Negatives: Hallways drab and uninviting.

Our room was clean and fairly well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had brunch in the hotel restaurant. Nothing out of the ordinary but good food. Excellent hotel location.

This hotel is conveniently located for shows in the Theater district, as well as eating establishments. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The management seems very together. For a larger hotel this one feels cozy in spite of it's size.
Positives: Staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed, sheets and pillows rock.
Negatives: The restaurant was lacking in character.

Positives: Appearance.
Negatives: Put us in a room with two double bed, and didn't have a king available.

We like the room, the bed and linens, the pool and exercise equipment, the location and access to shopping and Orchestra Hall, the bar and appetizers we ordered and much more.
Positives: It met all of our expectations as usual. It's a Hilton no more explanation needed!
Negatives: There was nothing we found out of place or undesirable.

Great hotel. Lovely public space and sleeping rooms. Check-in was kind of slow because only one person was working.

Negatives: Check-in was slow.

Large "This is a non-smoking establishment" sign in the lobby. Then I get put on the "smoking" floor. I'm confused. I had to upgrade to a suite to get off the "smoking floor" of the "smoke-free" establishment. Not impressed.
Positives: Location
Negatives: They use online customers to fill smoking rooms.

Great downtown location, price was right (Priceline) - clean room - fast elevators! Great lobby with Starbucks - would return for sure - no complaints (well OK, $13 self parking, but with the low price, it was worth it) - can walk from there to Convention Center indoors.
Positives: Great lobby/great room / great location..
Negatives: $13 parking.

Average. Clean, friendly, but average. The hotel does not offer choice for dinning and breakfast is over priced.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Rooms didn't have a mini fridge, beds too small, pool too small.

I would recommend this hotel nice location, and it is a great place for a get-a-way. The hot-tub was way too chlorinated.
Positives: Nice access to the Skyway in Downtown Minneapolis.
Negatives: The hot tub had too much chlorine it burned the eyes of all using it.

Great room for a really good price. Service in the bar was good, rooms were clean, check out time was later than some other hotels. This was good for us!
Positives: Great location, clean, very upscale feel to it.
Negatives: Front desk staff in the morning not particularly friendly.

This hotel has nice updated decor, nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. However, that is all I can say that was good. When we arrived on New Year's Eve, the hotel was very busy. No one offered to help us with our luggage or get us a cart (I wouldn't have cared if we didn't have so much luggage). There was a campus for Christ convention at the hotel which meant there were hundreds of teenagers lingering about. There are 25 floors in the hotel and they do not have separate elevator banks, floors 1-12 and floors 12-25, which meant it took us literally 30 minutes to get up to our room after checking in. Every elevator was packed (as in not even room to breathe) with the kids from the convention. It took us almost as long to get back down when we needed to go park our car. It seemed that the management didn't really care that there were kids in the hallway on our floor playing games. On one of the floors there were 10 kids sitting in front of the elevators playing scrabble. It was nuts. Priceline got us a great deal on the room.
Positives: The beds were comfortable.
Negatives: The elevators were awful!

The hotel was clean and fancy. It had all of the accommodations that you could need or want with only minor inconveniences. It is within walking distance of many local attractions.
Positives: Cleanliness and attractiveness.
Negatives: Heat and alarm clock didn't work properly.

Good location - Plenty of skyway to walk in to stay warm. Fair price.
Positives: Good location - fair price.
Negatives: Requested a king size bed - would not reserve one for us.

Good location but this hotel is not very upscale. The halls were littered and when we arrived at our room, we were greeted by the previous occupants used room services dishes. The room was not cleaned very thoroughly and there was used floss in the bathroom drawer. The TV was a nice HD but was not very responsive and had a blue line in the display.
Positives: Locations
Negatives: The hotel was not very clean.

I planned to stay one night in Mpls. and only needed a clean room with a low price, nothing fancy. This was a very nice change from the budget hotels that compared in price. The parking charge would of been a deal killer if I had drove, but I didn't have a car and did not have to pay $13 or $27 to park.
Positives: Great price, excellent value.
Negatives: Parking fees.
