This did not meet our expectations for the price we had to pay plus an additional $20 for parking. The bathrooms only had a pedestal sink with no vanity space. They had put up a narrow shelf below the mirror for toiletries.

Positives: Location was fairly good with friendly staff.

Negatives: Room & bathroom were small, no vanity space. You could hear everything through the walls.

Great for the price! Nicely updated! Some noise problems, but other than that it was very nice!

Positives: Clean, modern, close to many things downtown Minneapolis. Lots of options for cheap and expensive dining all very close. Close parking.

Negatives: We could hear everything that happened in the hall! It sounded like someone was standing in our room at 2 am! We were woken up many times because of noise.

There was no pool. The staff was very rude, rooms were small, and I was only given one king bed even though there were four of us and two of them were children.

I loved the location and service of the hotel however, during my recent stay the people across the hall had security banging on the door for 30 minutes at 3am and then the cops doing the same thing at 5:30 threatening to break down the door.

Upon check-in I had an issue with my credit/debit card. While the issue was resolved, the front desk attendant treated myself and my partner like trash, telling us to wait outside in the rain while the issue was resolved. Every other time I had contact with him during our short stay, he was condescending. We were there for leisure, and at one point after having drinks at a local theater, he had no problem telling my partner I was belligerent after he assumed I was leaving the building to smoke. I don't smoke. He told me I should stand at least 15 feet away from the front of the building. State law in MN. Fine...if I had been smoking. I will never stay in a CP room ever again.

We needed 2 beds for 3 adults, and I was told I could not request 2 beds since I used Priceline.

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff was EXCELLENT! The Fitness Center and the Business Center were a nice feature for me and my family. I am sure we will be back, one of our most pleasant hotel stays in at least 5 years.

Positives: Clean, convenient, and the beds were very comfortable.

Negatives: Parking but that is an issue in all of Minneapolis.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice. There wasn't a pool which was disappointing. The fitness center was big, had lots of equipment and was very clean. I loved it!

This facility has all you need either for leisure or business. Extremely helpful staff, especially the housekeeping department. They really care about you, not only as a guest, but for your well being as a person.

The Crowne Plaza in downtown Minneapolis is conveniently located to dining, entertainment and major businesses. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are contemporary and clean. I'd only wished for free wireless in the room.

Lobby was very small and uncomfortable. Our room was near the elevator that was very noisy. Parking was expensive. No pool. Rather in a dangerous neighborhood. Will never stay there again.

Very nice garden on the 8th floor. Comfortable &amp; clean room! Unfortunately, all roads surrounding the hotel &amp; the parking ramp were under construction during my stay. Loud jackhammers until 8 or 9 pm, and resuming early am. I also had a flat tire the following day, with a large screw in my tire. Parking ramp construction. Note that all skyway shops &amp; area business within this complex close at 6pm or earlier.

Positives: 8th floor rooftop garden area.

Negatives: Parking was $20! I was only there for 12 hours!
