Bemidji is a city in Beltrami County, Minnesota. It is the county seat of Beltrami County. Bemidji is the most major city in North Central Minnesota and the largest commercial center between Grand Forks, North Dakota and Duluth, Minnesota. Bemidji houses many Native American services, including the Indian Health Service. The city is the central hub of the Red Lake Indian Reservation, White Earth Indian Reservation and the Leech Lake Indian Reservation. Bemidji lies on the southwest shore of Lake Bemidji, the northernmost lake feeding the Mississippi River and, as such, is deemed "the first city on the Mississippi. " Bemidji is also dubbed the "curling capital," of the US. Local restaurants include Wild Hare Bistro, Bemidji Slurp Ramen, Seventy-one Bar, and Tara Bemidji - Thai Food & Craft Beer.

8 OUT OF 10 Helpful smiley clerk at check-in. Room tastefully decorated, maybe a little crowded with the king bed and the whirlpool. However, the bed was really comfortable and we slept well. The whirlpool was perfect for the two of us. There was a slight odor in the hotel room, but we needed to run the air .....

8 OUT OF 10 It was a place to sleep and relax after visiting the sites in Bemidji. The people were friendly and that saved it from being a rather mediocre hotel experience. But for a Best Western, it wasn't much better than a motel or Budget type place like a Super 8 or some such place. I guess it was OK for .....
