The hotel is excellent! When in the Springfield area I will always stay there especially for the service of the front desk. I felt if I had any problems or concerns I could contact the desk and I would be treated like a friend.

Positives: Great location and value.

Negatives: Wait staff for the breakfast were not around enough.
