Stayed at the Boatslip for Round up weekend. Staff was friendly, parking good, rooms clean but dated. Bathroom tiny and could use updates. The first night I had to unplug the fridge in the room due to a really noisy fan that was enough to keep me awake. Sometime late at night lots of noise (sounded like a heating system. The second night noisy neighbors. The second floor rooms had high ceilings and noise just echoed. And finally the queen size room I rented and paid for had a double bed. In my experience this is a typical outdated P town hotel. For $50 more a night, the Chateau is at least quiet.
Positives: Friendly staff, parking, clean rooms, price.
Negatives: Noisy, dated.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Off-street parking available but limited and very cramped. No screens on window, so no fresh air due to insects. About a thousand stores & restaurants within a very short walk. Very diverse demographic open mindedness a must! Room stunk like cigarettes. Bar & dance floor always a scene not good when traveling with kids. All in all, not the worst place buy a long shot. I would definitely consider it again if no kids. Good coffee!
Positives: Location was fantastic! Everything within a five minute walk!
Negatives: Room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Establishment was more of a nightclub than hotel.

The location was great, right in Provincetown. Parking spot for one car was included as was admission to the Tea Dance held at the hotel. The room was older, but very clean. The room did not have a hairdryer. The staff was very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again. Good value for the location.

If you're looking to party, and for a room with a great view of the harbor, then this is it. But don't expect a Marriott.
Positives: Great location, great pool, great bar.
Negatives: The room decor is 70's, if you don't mind that.

Although, the rooms are dated, the view and location is amazing. The staff greeted us with smiles and were very accommodating. I felt very welcome by all the locals and tourist as well. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and wouldn't stay anywhere else during my next trip to Providence town.
Positives: Although, the room was very basic, the view was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
Negatives: The rooms seemed very dated and basic. Moreover, not much more than a muffin and coffee were offered for their complimentary breakfast.
