I stayed at a competitor's for one night. Their hotel was more expensive, not as friendly for all staff. It felt a little stuffy...

Clean, comfortable mid-scale hotel with swimming pool & exercise room, breakfast service, free coffee, restaurant and bar. Lobby with comfortable chairs, TVs, fireplace. A convenient place from which to work, and a pleasant resting place after work. Would return and would recommend to others.

Great location, plenty of free parking, next to the Natick Collection Mall and Shoppers world, near MA Pike and Rt. 9. Nice bar and lobby, adequate gym and pool. Older rooms with old TV's and decor.

This place is a disaster. No bell hops. You have to lug in your own luggage and carry them up to your room. No room service available after 10:30 pm. But perhaps the worst part was the fact that the lifeguard kept getting up and leaving the pool area while little kids were in the pool! It got so bad I finally had to find a manager - but of course none were on duty (Sat evening) the desk clerk was it and while she witnessed the lifeguard standing down the hall looking out the door by the back parking lot she did nothing to get her to do her job back at the pool. What a horrible experience! Thankfully no one drowned on this life guards watch!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was pretty basic but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area is small but the water was surprisingly warm.

Despite the frustration<BR/>breakfast, the hotel itself was great, staff friendly/helpful, and the room was very nice. Really couldn't ask for better especially w/the price I paid!

I think the hotel is well located and offers a great service to nearby locations like the free shuttle. Most of the staff was friendly. The swimming pool is great too. The only complaints are the not so clean room (hair on the sheets) and the restaurant on site. The food quality was very low (looked like made on the microwave).

Excellent location, near central shopping and mall in Framingham/Natick. Staff was helpful and cooperative. For some computer reason, check out didn't go smoothly and I never received a paper copy of my stay there, but the balance on my account was $0, so they said I could just leave. I would have preferred a paper record, but otherwise everything went smoothly.

Positives: Good but small pool and fitness center, rooms clean and well appointed.

Negatives: Hallways were over air conditioned.

This hotel is in a great location, right behind the new "Natick Collection" mall. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and we appreciated the lifeguard at the pool during evening hours. A manager even checked the pool at one point to make sure all the children had adult supervision. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though a bit pricey for a family of five. We would stay here again!

Once again we enjoyed our stay at a Marriott Courtyard for it's convenience to our venue and the many amenities available. However, after being assured by three different staff members that the lost stuff animal would be found and returned the housekeeping manager was very curt with me on my phone inquiry after returning home.

Positives: Location to the venue we had to attend for a swim meet and the Natick Mall, our favorite place to shop in MA.

Negatives: My daughter forgot her favorite stuffed animal, the staff assured us the maid would turn it in; it did not happen.

Before arrival, upon arrival and every day I was there I told them not to use cleaning sprays and perfumed toiletries in my room. I sensed no effort on their part to be proactive in getting this major health resolved for me. I have registered a complaint with Marriott.

Although the noise level at times was a little disturbing, the hotel was a decent place to stay. The cable selections were limited, although the option to pay extra for additional stations kind of irritates me because I feel that this should be included in the price of the hotel.

Positives: The hotel was close and easily accessible to all of the major highways in the area, making this hotel location ideal for the avid traveler.

Negatives: We arrived at the hotel at midnight and there were only two extremely narrow parking spaces available; therefore, the lot was not sufficient.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and quiet. The pool was open until 11 pm, which worked out well for us.
