Family has timeshare at the Seamiest. Have been going there for around 10 years. Very clean, nice staff and not in congested area but not far from attractions. Would recommend.

Positives: Staff is very helpful. Grounds are kept nice.

Negatives: Furniture might need a little updating more often.

Location details / directions

Starting at From the North: Route 3 South to the Sagamore Bridge. Take Route 6 to Exit 2. Take a right off the ramp onto Route 130 and follow into Mashpee. Take a right onto Great Neck Road. Continue north to the Mashpee Rotary. Take the 3rd right off the rotary, onto Great Neck Road. Continue south and the resort is 1/2 mile ahead on the right. From the South: Route 195 over the Bourne Bridge. Take Route 28 South to Route 151 Exit. Turn right at end of ramp, towards Mashpee. At Mashpee Rotary take 2nd right. Resort is 1/2 mile ahead on the right.
