Though the grounds and view aren't much to look at, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We were surprised by how comfy the bed was. The massive T.V.cabinet housed a small 4/3 tube set. The vending machines were unreasonably priced but that is sadly to be expected. In the morning, we asked the woman working the front desk if there was some kind of club or membership for people who use Best Western frequently. She said "Yes, but not if you book through online." with a faint hint of snootiness. We waited for a few moments expecting her to have more information or literature on the topic but no, she had finished with us. All things considered it was a lovely evening and we enjoyed our stay.

Positives: Clean, friendly and a soft, cozy bed.

Negatives: Morning desk staff wasn't so helpful.

Clean comfortable room, the hotel is older but fairly well kept.

Decent hotel for a couple of nights. Quiet and clean even though there were many hockey teams staying there.

The hotel was very clean but its time for a major room makeover. The mattresses need desperately to be replaced and the phone had a few buttons that didn't work on the first (or second) try. In order to plug in the cooler we had to unplug a light.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. No problems. Everyone was very accommodating.

Positives: The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C was on when we arrive so the room temps. Was wonderful.

Negatives: There was a car show going on in the hotel parking lot so it just made it a little difficult to get in and out of the hotel area.

Attractive, but the sheets ruin the experience for me.

Negatives: I don't like sheets that are not fitted. I roll around and they bunch up under me which is very uncomfortable.

For Hockey kids playing in the Marlboro New England sport center. It is a great hotel for location to restaurants and rink. It is kid and pet friendly with a nice pool area as well the open to outdoor deck. Kids can walk from the hotel to various stores and restaurants safely! The Sports lounge and restaurant were great for the whole family and team get together.

Positives: Very accommodating when we had to lengthen our stay.

Negatives: They charge me $15 per night for a cot for my 11 yr old son.

The rooms are not as nice as the lobby. The furniture, walls, and carpeting are showing their age. This wasn't a bad room for the money, it met my needs, but they definitely need to update the rooms.

This hotel has not seen a major change in accents in over 10 years. The bar closes way too early. I don't get from work unit 11 and most nights they were all ready closed. It took a very long time to get elevators. It really just does not make sense to call yourself a business hotel with no wireless or Ethernet connection. Two thumbs down if you actually want to get work accomplished. Very disappointing.
