Everything was great with the exception of the TV. Reception not great, but watchable. Could not find out what was on each channel, no guide except for the $15 movies to rent. I don't remember if they had a pool since we did not want to swim. The concierge neglected to tell us that there were 2 of the same restaurant at the Prudential Center that they made reservations for. When we got there it was the wrong one, but they gave us a table anyway.
Positives: The bed was very luxurious! This hotel and room were clean, quiet and elegant. It is connected to a large mall.
Negatives: TV not the greatest. No guide for channels, just for movies to purchase $. Picture not clear either.

Everything from the staff, the amenities, the comfort and quality was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make our stay delightful and even had a fish sent up to our room for the duration of our stay after noticing that my toddler had a fascination with the fish at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. Kudos to the excellent shower and nice, firm king-sized bed.
Positives: The staff, the comfort and decor of the room, the convenient location.
Negatives: Nothing.

Very happy with this hotel. Only down side was they did not have a pool, but there was so much to do in the area the kids probably wouldn't have used it anyway.
Positives: Staff was excellent, and very clean.
Negatives: Did not have a pool.

The Hotel Marlowe is a wonderful place to stay while in Cambridge. The lobby and restaurants are nicely decorated, the food is good and the rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. We had excellent service throughout our stay (3 nights) and would definitely stay at the Marlowe again when we return.

Hard to get there due to the one way streets and no U-turn streets. Our main complaint is that our room was directly under the fitness center. We were awaken at 6:00 a.m. by the loud noises of people running on the treadmills and the room was shaking. It was a wheel chair accessible room, although we did not requested it.
Positives: Clean, nice beds.
Negatives: Our room was under the fitness room, we were awaken by the noise of treadmills at 6:00a.m.

The hotel was very nice and provided us with a relaxing stay while we were in town for a wedding. we had a rental car and were able to go around to see a lot of Boston attractions, but without a car, the location may be slightly inconvenient.
Positives: Decor, cleanliness, staff.
Negatives: Location is not really walkable to major Boston attractions.

This was a very swanky hotel, that is attached to a massive indoor shopping mall, with several restaurants. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff has been so helpful, and the rooms are cleaned to excellence. The one drawback, is that guests must pay for non-valet parking at the hotel.
Positives: Excellent pricing and staff was incredible.
Negatives: Pay for parking.

I have stayed in Boston many times. Never heard of this hotel. But, this turned out to be an awesome experience. Would do this again and enthusiastically recommend to anyone. Hotel staff great. Not into leopard or zebra/animal patterns, but room and bathroom were spotless, quite, and I got a good rest. Would stay again. Exceeded my expectations.
Positives: Parking and front desk attendeants were great; room clean.
Negatives: Nothing.

Overall it was nice. Decorated well. Comfy bed and linens. My biggest complaint is that there is no sound proofing what-so-ever. So we could here kids running up and down the hallway, every time someone opened their door, a dog barking a dozen rooms away, it was ridiculous. And the room service is way over priced.
Positives: The decor.
Negatives: You could hear every little thing that happened in the hallway.

Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Would have preferred a room with a view as opposed to looking at the other walls of the hotel and its courtyard. Was nice and quiet. Very easy to walk next door to the Cheesecake Factory.
Positives: Had easy access to the shopping mall and restaurants next door.
Negatives: Parking arrangements were confusing.

This was one very nice hotel and setting was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful when I had questions regarding close amenities. The decor was very modern take on classical color tones, and also the bed nicely quipped. I had a small problem with my room service but was taken care of by the staff in a very quick and timely manner.

This hotel was the prettiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The square rooms, which could have been decorated generically, were boldly and beautifully decorated. There was a new large screen TV. The staff could not have been more helpful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston or Cambridge.
Positives: This was the most imaginatively and beautifully decorated hotel I have ever stayed in.
Negatives: There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.
