This was a great place to stay in the heart of Cambridge. We were in Cambridge to help our daughter move into her apartment. This hotel was very close to her apartment. The staff was very friendly, hotel was pretty and comfortable. Valet parking was reasonable and convenient. The hotel restaurant was very nice & the food was delicious!
Positives: Friendly, comfortable, valet parking, reasonable price & convenient location.
Negatives: Room had a slight odor, but not sure if it was just due to humidity.

For the business traveler in the Boston Area, this is a good value and a comfortable place to end the day. Good room. Good size desk for work space. Good shower and bed. Room layout is not boring.
Positives: Location, good condition, and attentive staff.
Negatives: Bath room had only a toilet and a tub. Could they stick a shelf and a hook in there?

This hotel is conveniently located between our children one in Back bay Boston the other in Cambridge. The front desk as well as restaurant staff were courteous and professional. However, the comfort level of the mattress had changed since our last visit to this hotel. It was uncomfortable and as a result we would not choose this hotel again.
Positives: I appreciated the staff and their willingness to change our room which was overwhelmingly engulfed in perfume.
Negatives: The mattress was odd and uncomfortable.

Fine, modern hotel; Marriott competence; nothing all that interesting, but certainly a feel of luxury at a good price(with Priceline) for this location.
Positives: Excellent views; comfortable bed; handsome architecture.

The Marriott is very conveniently located on the red line, it has beautiful rooms, views and comfortable beds.
Positives: It was a beautiful room with a beautiful view and an exceptionally comfortable beds.
Negatives: I wish I could have stayed more than one night. Nothing negative to say.

I've been at this hotel before, and was able to give my car to a valet, and was treated like royalty. This time it was full and we had to park it ourselves. They should have the capacity enlarged. The attendant was curt and unfriendly, also.
Positives: They had a very helpful and nice reservationist.
Negatives: They had the worst concierge in the world, really rude.

Our stay was great-- room was immaculate, amazing views, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a nice shower. Staff was really friendly & helpful and there's a Starbucks in the hotel!
Positives: Friendly staff, great view, great location, great deal!
Negatives: Parking garage is expensive, so go for the valet!

This hotel was very nice. They have Starbucks in the lobby plus a food court. Odd these things closed early on a Saturday before 4 PM. Cabs always waiting and T stop is right in the courtyard. The valet service was $30/day and totally not worth it.
Positives: The skyline view and the T stop in courtyard.
Negatives: Extended my stay and they did not see reservation and locked us out of the room the last day. Pay parking $30/day.

The hotel has spectacular views of the Charles river with Boston in the back ground.
Positives: Convenient to all of the Boston area and the beautiful Charles river area.

This was a great deal. I stayed at a Marriott in Canada, and had a remarkably better experience at the Cambridge Marriott. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.
