We spent less money than the rest of the wedding party who stayed closer in the city. We had easy access to the train and excellent direction from the staff. Breakfast was very good and plentiful even though there were a lot of guests. The location is right next to Marshall’s and Target so we could replace anything we forgot. But, the front desk also offers free amenities. It was a lovely experience.
Positives: Excellent customer service.
Negatives: Leak in the ceiling.

Hotel fully met my expectations. It was reasonably priced and located within walking distance of the subway. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Positives: Hotel is located within a short walk to the subway and a small mall.
Negatives: I liked everything about the hotel.

Hotel was surprisingly comfortable for the modest price. It was located near the I93 and only a five minute walk to the subway making it quite easy to get around. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anyone. The complimentary continental breakfast was hot, fresh and had a good selection.
Positives: The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for was fully explained. Loved it.
Negatives: Area was not in a great location for walking. Thought it was a bit frightening especially when walking from the subway late at night.

Daytime front desk personnel are extremely friendly. Night manager seemed a little harried. After getting lost numerous times that day - first time in Boston - I arrive at hotel and park against a fence that mentions parking permits only - I did get a parking permit when I checked in, but during the day I parked in an area that didn't mention permits. I go to the night manager and ask if it's okay to park against the fence if it says Parking Permits only and he says no, you have to park in spaces between yellow lines. I go back out again and see that my car is parked between yellow lines. I go back in and the manager makes me wait a few minutes then goes out with me and apologizes when he realizes I'm properly parked. Apparently he thought I was parked against the fence right outside the hotel entrance, even though I told him there was a sign mentioning parking permits which was not on the fence right outside. Otherwise the room was fine, free breakfast and papers and coffee, tea and hot chocolate very welcome and the computer and printer in the lobby for guests' use came in very handy.

The only problem was some banging pipes early in the morning, but we had to get up anyway. Oh, and the clock in the room didn't work - good thing we didn't rely on it. It's close to public transit, free breakfast, good price - I would definitely stay there again.
Positives: Free breakfast! And close to subway.

Nice hotel - loved having the WiFi and computers in lobby. Close to restaurants and subway.

Very clean and the staff was friendly but there was not ice or soda and snack vending machines available, the breakfast was very well prepared.
Positives: It was not in the congested part of the city and the breakfast bar was well kept.
Negatives: All the streets were one way and if you came in any direction except from the north it was a nightmare to get too!

Great for visiting Boston. Close to the T station, easy access to T station. Great if you just need a clean and safe and convenient hotel while touring Boston. Free parking and nice staff.

Overall, the hotel was a great value: between the free breakfast and the location relative to the red line, it streamlined and economized the trip wonderfully.

The staff is this hotel's best asset. Very friendly, helpful and extremely honest and candid. They went out of their way to see that our stay was pleasant worry free.

Everything was wonderful. The only complaint we had was the bed was small and the complimentary omelets were gross. Other than that, for the money you could not beat this hotel. There is a large strip mall around the corner that was very convenient considering we were traveling with an infant and un expectantly had to pick up a few things.
Positives: The staff was excellent and so friendly.
Negatives: It was hard to enter the street because it was a one way street.
