Lawrence's Lakeside Cabins & Guide Service is a cottage located in Rockwood.

Each unit has electricity, hot and cold running water, bathroom with shower, thermostat heat, automatic coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator w/freezer, stove, satellite TV, VCR, linens, blankets and towels. Each cabin has a gas grill w/fuel and there is a fire pit w/wood at the beach.

Guests are welcome to help themselves to a wide selection of books, games and free movies from our office annex. We also offer the use of our coin-operated laundry facility.

We are located on the western shore of Moosehead Lake, on a quiet, dead-end street. Each cabin views a ten mile span of water, with islands and mountains on the horizon. Swimming is encouraged from our gravel beach, and boat docking is free. A general store and post office are within walking distance.

Additional details

The Lodge: (Private rental unit): Five bedrooms with three double beds, three sets of bunks, three twin beds, and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is equipped with a Vulcan cookstove with flat grill, standard kitchen stove, microwave, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. Thermostat heat is accompanied by a Regency glass front wood stove. Not to exceed twelve guests.
