Good for families. We were looking forward to a drink and good dinner but due to trouble locating the hotel did not arrive until after 10. Hotel staff was wonderful in that they sold us drinks in spite of fact that bar was closed. We just expected something that hotel did not have. But it is excellent for families especially with children.
Positives: Friendly staff.
Negatives: Closing bar/eating facility at 10 & lack of real bar.

I am very pleased. Except the breakfast. I understand it's really not a restaurant, but I would think they would demand more quality to match the quality of the hotel itself.
Positives: All of the above. Clean, attractive, friendly staff. Great!
Negatives: The breakfast buffet was awful. The served burnt potatoes. Too expensive for what they served.

Excellent hotel for my purposes, which was to catch a 6 AM flight. The hotel is located next to the airport and has 24 hour shuttle service. I was able to drop off my rental on Sunday, return to the hotel via the shuttle Sunday night and take the shuttle to the airport at 6 AM Monday morning. My only complaint is that one of the water glasses was dirty even though it had one of those cardboard caps on it which is supposed to mean it was clean. As a result, I was never sure what was clean in the room and what was not.
Positives: Excellent shuttle service to the airport, 24 hours and only a 2 minute trip.
Negatives: Water glass has dirty.

Very convenient to airport and downtown Portland, clean & beautifully decorated rooms, great pool area with hot tub, staff was super-friendly and helpful with information, maps & directions.
Positives: Very friendly staff, nice pool area.
Negatives: Wish they served breakfast earlier.

This hotel is very clean and well managed, very customer friendly. They have everything you need all under one roof.
Positives: Very clean and very big room.
Negatives: That it was at the airport.

The bed was very comfortable and the bath was deep and I especially liked the Neutrogena products.

This hotel completely met my expectations. Friendly, professional, prompt check in. Room was very clean and was well equipped (decent cable TV channel selection, free wireless internet, refrigerator, microwave, iron & board, comfortable mattress, sufficient storage space). I'd certainly return again and recommend it to my friends and family.
Positives: No noisy bathroom fan running when the light is on. A huge plus in my opinion.
Negatives: Smoke odor in corridor near rear entrance when we entered.

Overall I totally loved the hotel. It was low key, warm feeling, convenient, beautiful without that dreadful funneled music and it had a feeling of sophistication not decorated in an ugly way like so many hotels. I was very pleased.
Positives: I thought the whole feeling of the hotel was really good beautiful lobby, homey warm feeling beautiful light room looks out over trees.
Negatives: The restaurant was too exposed in the lobby essentially and therefore not inviting.
