We had an excellent stay, the setting was perfect. The owners were very helpful and the cottage was in good order and just as we expected. The Damariscotta region was an unexpected delight - so peaceful and a welcome break from the homoginised corporate chain led world we live in.

Positives: Good value for money

Negatives: Stair up to upper fllor took some getting used to (particularly headroom) - though this did add to the cottage's charm.
