After reserving a room for 6 we arrived at the hotel only to find out that the room we were given only had 1 bed and the staff was unwilling to give us cots, a different room, and then preceded to tell us that we were supposed to bring our bedding to the hotel. What hotel does not provide a bed for the people it is supposed to serve? The staff was unwilling to accommodate or serve us even with a four-year old. I encourage everyone to stay at a different hotel when vacationing in Ogunquit.
