We are a family run business that operates year-round. We spend our time cleaning, improving and assisting our guests any way we can. Once you have stayed with us you are an honorary member of the Litson Family and we look forward to your return visit whenever you and your family are able. We show that we care by making sure your stay with us is like coming home. New onsite Laundry Mat. All of our Villas have Cable TV, Heat, A/C, Direct dial telephones and full size refrigerators.

Some Villas have stoves while others have microwaves and some have both. Each Villa has a delightful porch to sit out on and their own parking space beside them.

We have various sleeping arrangements for different needs. Some Villas have a Full bed while others have a Queen; a Full & Single; two Full; two Twin and several have 2 rooms w/ two Full or Queen & a Single plus a full kitchen.
