Located at water's edge, the rooms in the Main House and the Riverside Inn are finely appointed with antique and country furnishings and exude an old world charm and ambience. Many have superb river and ocean views with sliding doors leading out to patios or large picture windows from which guests can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery of Kennebunkport.

All rooms feature private baths with luxurious toiletries, and have cable television and most have refrigerators. Guests are treated each day to a bountiful complimentary continental breakfast and afternoon tea is served from the Main House dining room. Guests can enjoy fresh pastries and muffins amidst the old world charm of the Main House while overlooking the days activities on the harbor
