Cook's Lobster House ( Dining / Seafood ). Cook's Lobster House is located on the tip of Bailey Island, Maine and is surrounded on three sides by water. It's a beautiful spot and, unlike most restaurants on the coast, it is open year round. Because they own this tip of land they also provide lobster bakes and hold weddings outside. A cruise ship docks at their wharf and boaters tie up there too. They are located close to the cribstone bridge - the only one of its kind left in the world - which connects their island to the one before it and is easily viewed from their windows. Since 1955, we have been serving lobsters fresh from the waters surrounding Bailey Island. All of our seafood and meats are of the highest quality and our lobster, shrimp, scallops, and shellfish are purchased right at our wharf to ensure supreme freshness!
For old fashioned fun, book a lobster bake on Cook's Point for your next function. Don't forget to view our menu. We welcome groups as well and offer special group menus.
