Simply amazing. Very comfy cottage, 50 feet from beach, kayaks provided, beautiful fire pit with wood provided, lounge chairs, pet friendly, owners very friendly, could not have asked for a better experience.

Positives: Beach, kayaks, firepit and wood, cozy, fully stocked, lots of movies in case of rain, close to Augusta, close to Waterville, convenience store close by, beautiful view, wonderful atmosphere.
