The motel was quiet and comfortable. Expecting the rooms to be "old" I was surprised to see there was updating and how large the room was. I was hoping to get closer to bar harbor but the distance was not too bad.
Positives: Cleanliness, and quite.
Negatives: At first knowing it was and older motel I expedited everything to be old. The room was large and pleasant.

Basic services good, nice pool, convenient location, and included continental breakfast, which was much better the second morning.
Positives: Convenient location to the national park.
Negatives: Did not clean our room, but gave us another room after we complained.

Terrible quality. Misleading & no ocean view No hotel employees anywhere at 8PM for check-in. Others left. Poor quality room & furniture. Too expensive for the quality. Never stay here.
