Nice and large cabin. Couldn’t figure out how work remote control of tv and no directions in the notebook for guests. State Park was nice enough. I thought it was quite small compared to other State Parks I have visited. This is my first in Louisiana.
Positives: Nice accommodations. Stayed in cabin.
Negatives: The big negative was trying to precisely discern where the trails were on the horrible map given at registration. I had to use my phone a look up where the trails were. I finally gave up and walked through the woods back to Cabin bc my sense of direction is so good. That’s why I was clearly taken aback, I won’t return as most of the park was paved road. Perhaps just not what I am accustomed to bc there were many positive reviews.
