Nice accommodations, helpful concierge and<BR/>good price.

Positives: Good breakfast buffet included with room rate.

Negatives: Hallways and elevator traffic was noisy at night.

Being that my fianc&eacute; is a reward club member we expected more. We travel frequently and had high expectations. We were disappointed. However the staff was very detailed, friendly, and helpful.

Positives: The bed linens were exquisite.

Negatives: The bathroom was too small, the room was below average, the bath tub needed to be plunge.

The staff was nice, but could use more at the desk during check in times. We waited 20 mins in line to check in. We had to drive around the block twice to figure out how to get into the place to valet park. Valet was too expensive too, 30 bucks to park a car in a spot over night that's dumb.

Positives: I like that it was walking distance to Burbon Street and shopping. The rooms could be bigger for the price, but overall not a bad stay.

Negatives: Hot water was limited.

Hotel was excellent very clean and met my needs. The hotel did charge 33 dollars a night for uncovered unsecured parking and there were no other places to park.

Positives: Great appearance.

Negatives: Price for parking.

Great location! Great price on Priceline! Very easy to locate although extended parking was a few block away. High recomend.

Positives: Extremely happy with the price I got on Priceline. Less than 50% of regular rates.

Negatives: Hotel staff...although very helpful....not too friendly. If I needed info..they made me feel like i was bothering them

The bathrooms truly need an upgrade, room was fairly small, housekeeping came in even when sign was displayed Do not disturb. I will not stay here again due to the room conditions and the loudness echoed through the hallway. There are plenty of hotels in the area to try and I will next time I go there.

Positives: Manager came up when asked to quiet neighbor.

Negatives: Loud Doors, Too Small Bathroom, and loud service elevator.

Located in the area we like to visit.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: $35.00 a day for parking.

This is an older hotel with a modest renovations. Rooms were nice and tasteful but absolutely no sound proofing. When the room next door would open and close their door, it sounded like they were coming into our room. Scared us a couple of times in the middle of the night.

Positives: Very nice location in downtown.

Negatives: No Sound proofing. Sounded like people were coming in the room at the night.

The room was tiny with an old TV that didn't work very well. The staff was friendly, helpful and that was the best part of this hotel.

Positives: Perfect location in Downtown New Orleans.

Negatives: Small rooms and random housekeeping times.

The rooms were nice and the check in and out process was so easy I loved that. Location was perfect. The only thing I did not like was the doors were so loud that it sounded like someone was coming in our room every time door open.

Positives: The check in and out process was very easy.

Negatives: The rooms were very noisy.

Beautiful, great location, close to everything, just felt they were gouging on the parking fee.

Positives: Great location, within walking distance of the convention center.

Negatives: Did not use the parking - thought $35/day was ridiculous.

They charged $40 a day for valet parking even though I parked my car elsewhere. I got a different story from their horribly rude staff every day, I went down to the lobby to wait in their long lines to talk to them.

Positives: Location was great, rooms were fairly nice.

Negatives: The staff was horrible.

My wife was very impressed with the updated furniture and other amenities in the room. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Good location, near the French Quarter.

Positives: Updated furniture in room; good stuff in room.

Negatives: Initially, they gave us a small smoking room that smelled like smoke. The room had one small bed even though we wanted a double. It was rectified.

I thought the hotel was not worth the money I spent even at half off. It was dirty, and like I said housekeeping walked in on me and my husband while we were getting dressed. They didn't knock and when I told the front desk I was not even offered an apology.

Positives: It was centrally located.

Negatives: It was filthy and I was embarrassed.

Overall a very nice hotel. Convenient location within walking distance to many of the attractions. Parking is somewhat a problem unless using the valet service. The only problem with the room was the bathtub had no anti slip texture on the floor of the tub. Very slippery almost broke my neck and also I felt the valet service was overpriced.

Positives: Location cleanliness.

Negatives: Some staff rude and unhelpful.
