This hotel used to be a 3.5-star hotel, but is now listed as a 4-star hotel with no apparent changes/improvements. But I always thought this hotel as perfectly fine, so I'm not complaining. The best aspect of this horel is the location and plenty of parking. The availability of a washing machine at no cost and detergent in the gift shop is also a plus.

Beautiful clean hotel but bedbugs ate us up. Filed complaint with hotel and they have failed to address. Management is weak and clearly lack in professionalism. We are still suffering.

This hotel is super good! The only problem we had was one of the days at 4am some people were making a lot of noise, pounding on the walls and yelling. I called the staff and they immediately sent Security to deal with them. The staff couldn't be more friendly and diligent.

Convenient location to New Orleans night life. Easy to find location. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Positives: Upscale style, loved the bed, lots of pillows and nice linens. Room service breakfast was superb.

Negatives: Would have liked more help at the front door. Seemed a bit congested at times.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was located close to everything I needed including harrahs riverwalk and convention center. This would make a great pre cruise hotel since it is only a few blocks from the Erato terminal. The room was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in new Orleans

We had a bad experience in the restaurant. The waiter's were too busy catering to room service to wait on the dinning room customers. I had to actually leave my seat and go into the kitchen to request a beverage refill for my daughter (after requesting once from my waiter and again from another waiter. Another couple seated nearby left after ordering drinks that never came.

Positives: Location. We needed to be at the Convention Center.

Negatives: Charging for Internet (poor taste) Double beds (too small) Starbucks closes at 3:00 p.m.

I'm hard to please so believe me when I say the hotel earned 4 out of 5 stars for me. My only issue was that I had to request several times that the bedding be changed and the valet parking rates.

Positives: The bedding and the friendliness of the staff.

This is a very nice hotel, centrally located, very clean and comfortable rooms, and very nice staff. The comfort level of the bed was excellent!

The staff could be friendlier, no real sincerity, did not like location, spent to much money on taxis and the tax on parking was crazy, the first time I experienced that, and I have stayed in many hotels in N.O. it is my favorite city to stay.

It was great except we were unable to get a king size bed for me and my husband. We ended up sleeping in separate beds. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the room next to ours.

The hotel was nice, clean and in a really good location, unless one was in town to strictly party. I was centrally located with attractions within walking distance.

Very nice place to stay for pleasure and romantic are business, just did not like the fees for the parking. Did not like where you have to pay for water.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. First, they lost my reservation, two, you have to pay almost 30 dollars to park, three, the staff there is horrible.
